Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kaštelir-Labinci

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. There is nothing that could have been better. Anyone who just wants to switch off for a few days and relax without being disturbed, Simone's house is highly recommended. Rosi is great and flexible, the property is a dream, the pool always clean and you have everything you need nearby.

We were 12 people from different families and different ages, all found a room and a bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean and super practical. From the sandwich toaster, to air conditioning and clothes rack, everything was there. You can visit Porec, Novigrad and Vrsar in the area and it doesn't take long to get there. We were also at the Cape and in Pula. It was nice that we had a neighbor dog and two neighbor cats who always greeted us outside. Mirjana was very nice as a hostess. We will be happy to come back.

We were 2 families and felt super comfortable! The pool is great, also the possibility to go shopping without a car is great! I think the house is nicer than in the photos. Everything really thought out with enough shade for the hot time.

A super nice house with great pool and beautiful garden. We were in regular contact with our point of contact. It was accessible throughout and always there for us immediately! There is a lot to explore in the area and also action for the children. Unfortunately, most of it can only be reached by car, but this is hardly significant compared to anything else. Because - Conclusion - here you feel welcome and like home! A great vacation!

Hello, We had a very nice time in the apartment. Everything was clean and we were allowed to check in early. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Lucian and Mirjana had brought us fresh tomatoes, figs and fish, a hospitality we had never known before. Thanks again for that. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower, which is a big plus👍. We enjoyed this heavenly place in Istria for ten days. We stayed in the Verde apartment and this accommodation exceeded our expectations. It is a beautifully decorated, cool and clean apartment with every luxury, such as a dishwasher, two refrigerators, a lovely large bed and a nice rain shower. The beautiful view of the green hills from the private terrace completed the holiday experience for us. The contact with the neighbors who welcomed us and answered our questions was very warm. We can look back on a nice, relaxing holiday.

Like last year, it was a nice stay in this apartment. It is a fine apartment, which provides everything necessary. In addition, there is a beautiful garden to relax between trees and flowers in addition to beach trips. Marija is always open and helpful to give advice for activities. The property is always recommended at Marija's.

Very nice terrace with freely accessible meadow. The property is secured with two gates and everything is surrounded by a fence. The dog is allowed to run free. The terrace is easily visible to neighbors but nicely located in the rear courtyard. Kaja lives in the new building next door. From there, several cameras significantly increase the sense of security in the access area to the apartment. The Plombine supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. In 12 minutes, you can walk to the Tequilla Beach cocktail bar right on the dog beach. Fenced dog playground with many agility elements within 3 minutes' walking distance.

It had everything we need. Also location is great if you are there for beach.

As last year for our stay in Porec we chose Patrick's place and like last year everything was great. See you again next year.

Amazing place for a relaxing vacation for families and/or friends. Calm place with city and sea nearby! Host was always helpful and easy to reach with questions and suggestions.

We were 4 guests and enjoyed the time in the villa very much. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures and was sparkling clean upon arrival. Communication with our host was perfect, and he was always available on site. In addition, a sample of our own olive oil, a bottle of water and a fruit basket awaited us. Very nice villa with a great garden and pool. We felt very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was also very good. The pool area is beautifully designed with a large sitting lounge and in addition there is a selection of ball sports for the garden. Ideal for a group of 6-8 people.
