We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. There is nothing that could have been better. Anyone who just wants to switch off for a few days and relax without being disturbed, Simone's house is highly recommended. Rosi is great and flexible, the property is a dream, the pool always clean and you have everything you need nearby.

We were 12 people from different families and different ages, all found a room and a bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean and super practical. From the sandwich toaster, to air conditioning and clothes rack, everything was there. You can visit Porec, Novigrad and Vrsar in the area and it doesn't take long to get there. We were also at the Cape and in Pula. It was nice that we had a neighbor dog and two neighbor cats who always greeted us outside. Mirjana was very nice as a hostess. We will be happy to come back.

Ivano was a very good and warm host. He even left us local specialties as a guest gift at the property. The recommendations and the small talk were great! Ivano is quick and easy to reach for a question or problem. The place had everything we imagined. The hot tub was lovely! I'd love to come back!

Perfect stay We had a fantastic time in this villa in Croatia, despite not quite as good weather. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcomed us warmly. We would particularly like to emphasize that Dejan heated the pool for us free of charge, as the weather unfortunately did not play along. That was an absolute plus and sweetened our days! We were there with a total of four adults and four children and the villa was perfect for us. The gym has an extra play corner with Lego and Duplo, which was a highlight for the kids. The villa is very spacious with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so everyone had enough space. We really didn't miss anything! Really EVERYTHING you need is available! We can highly recommend this villa and will certainly be happy to come back!

A super nice house with great pool and beautiful garden. We were in regular contact with our point of contact. It was accessible throughout and always there for us immediately! There is a lot to explore in the area and also action for the children. Unfortunately, most of it can only be reached by car, but this is hardly significant compared to anything else. Because - Conclusion - here you feel welcome and like home! A great vacation!

We spent a wonderful week in Kastelir. We we're 9 people and had enough space in the 4 Apartments and a big place Outside to hang out and eat together. The Pool is perfect for a quick refreshing dip. The kitchens are small if you want to cook together but also doable in 1-2 kitchens. Communication with Sandra was easy and straight forward.

Very easy to reach. Prompt replies to queries. Great recommendations. Very nice. Check in and check out without any problems.

Hello, We had a very nice time in the apartment. Everything was clean and we were allowed to check in early. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Lucian and Mirjana had brought us fresh tomatoes, figs and fish, a hospitality we had never known before. Thanks again for that. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower, which is a big plus👍. The apartment is nicely and modernly furnished and offers everything you need. Check-in went smoothly even though we booked at short notice. The sauna in the bathroom is perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed it very much.

Like last year, it was a nice stay in this apartment. It is a fine apartment, which provides everything necessary. In addition, there is a beautiful garden to relax between trees and flowers in addition to beach trips. Marija is always open and helpful to give advice for activities. The property is always recommended at Marija's.

Very nice terrace with freely accessible meadow. The property is secured with two gates and everything is surrounded by a fence. The dog is allowed to run free. The terrace is easily visible to neighbors but nicely located in the rear courtyard. Kaja lives in the new building next door. From there, several cameras significantly increase the sense of security in the access area to the apartment. The Plombine supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. In 12 minutes, you can walk to the Tequilla Beach cocktail bar right on the dog beach. Fenced dog playground with many agility elements within 3 minutes' walking distance.

Our stay in the apartment Rosso in Casa die Graziella was simply fantastic! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I would like to highlight the incredibly friendly neighbor Lina, who made the check-in and check-out so uncomplicated and warm – it couldn't have been better. The location of the property is perfect for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. An absolute secret tip, which I highly recommend.

Our stay at the Villa Perlin vacation home, near Poreč, was simply wonderful. The house is in a quiet area, just a few kilometers from Poreč, making it ideal for a relaxing vacation. Location: The cottage is located in the quiet village, surrounded by green hills, vines and olive groves. Amenities: The house is modern and tastefully decorated. It has spacious bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Particularly impressive was the large garden with a pool, which is perfect for relaxing afternoons. The terrace has a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and is ideal for outdoor dining. Service: The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They warmly welcomed us upon arrival and were available for questions and concerns throughout our stay.

Very nice villa with a great garden and pool. We felt very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was also very good. The pool area is beautifully designed with a large sitting lounge and in addition there is a selection of ball sports for the garden. Ideal for a group of 6-8 people.
