We had a wonderful stay at Villa Efa. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Erika who helped us with the check in and showed us everything within the villa. We even received wine, olive oil and a fruits basket as a welcome present. This villa has everything that a family needs (e.g. a wonderful pool and a well equipped kitchen) and is as beautiful as the photos show. Since it’s located in Višnjan, there isn’t much to do or see in the village and you have to travel to nearby cities.

Everything was as shown in the description and in the photos. We had a really nice stay with 12 persons.

The location of this place was a pleasant surprise. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is situated on a hill which opens a wonderful view to the valley and one can see the sea from the balcony of the second floor. It is especially nice in the evening when the nearest city is light. There is no noise, no traffic and not so much people around which can disturb you in this peaceful place. The pool is reasonably big to have a comfortable swim. Overall, the house is very convenient for the rest with the family or friends. Sincerely recommend this place!

The house is very modern and perfect for a relaxing holiday in a group. The location to shopping, as well as beach and city, is excellent. The landlords welcomed us warmly. The holiday met our expectations exactly. Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are all new and in perfect condition – great for relaxing. The house itself is very well equipped, extremely clean and has a great view of the sea. The location is also great: a small supermarket with fresh rolls is only a 10-minute walk away, and there are several restaurants that can be reached on foot in the evening. All in all, a fantastic place to stay that I can fully recommend!

Very nice and very clean house. Top equipped with everything you need in the kitchen or otherwise in the Home needs . Large pool and a perfect garden with grill corner. From the upper balcony you have sea views. The location is very quietly located in a small village where you can find supermarkets and restaurants near 3 km. About 7 km away is the beautiful old town of Porec with many bars,restaurants and shops right on the sea. We were there with 4 adults and three children and had a lot of space for everyone. Also the hosts were very nice and communicative. Great vacation there we weren't there the last time thanks !!!

We were welcomed with freshly picked home grown veggies from his personal vegetable garden, and the fridge was stocked with cold water, wine and beer - what better welcome could you ask for. Amazing place - we had two families ( total of 4 adults and 4 teenagers ) and there was plenty of space - all real beds ( no sofa beds ). We really enjoyed the outside cooking areas - the BBQ area - actually there are so many places to hang out - and a cool interior during the heat of the day. We went for some runs in the morning - which is straight out into olive groves. Last night we got a really good restaurant recommendation - Al Porto - which the owners son-in-law ( a hobby spear fisherman ) supplies freshly caught fish for - highly recommended for a sunset meal in a very cosy little bay. I have run my own AirBnB and visited many across the globe and this really just ticked al the boxes. Highly recommended.

we wanted to sincerely thank Luka for her availability and for the beautiful apartment she made available to us. Equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Great structure as well as the finishes and the beautiful pool that dominates the inner courtyard part. The area for grilling and eating outdoors was also very much appreciated by all guests. Our stay at the Villa Perlin vacation home, near Poreč, was simply wonderful. The house is in a quiet area, just a few kilometers from Poreč, making it ideal for a relaxing vacation. Location: The cottage is located in the quiet village, surrounded by green hills, vines and olive groves. Amenities: The house is modern and tastefully decorated. It has spacious bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Particularly impressive was the large garden with a pool, which is perfect for relaxing afternoons. The terrace has a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and is ideal for outdoor dining. Service: The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They warmly welcomed us upon arrival and were available for questions and concerns throughout our stay.

Super nice house with a great garden and a great pool! The house was very new and the amenities great! Everything you needed was also available in the kitchen, even dishcloths and dish towels even spices were available. Beds were also very comfortable, we felt very much and will definitely be back :)

Villa SUN is a wonderful destination! We had an incredibly great vacation and a good time! The villa looks identical to the photos, very clean and has an impressive selection of kitchen utensils - we were not promised too much. Even the promised sea view was available. Marija as well as the co-host were always available and supported us when we had questions or needed recommendations for activities or restaurants. We can say with a clear conscience that we definitely recommend this accommodation! Thank you for this stay ☺️
