Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Kaštelir-Labinci

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Rosana sehr genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt für Urlaube mit mehreren Personen, da sogar jeder ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Man kann super im Garten sitzen und Frühstücken/Essen. Die Altstadt ist wunderbar zufuss erreichbar. Perfekte Gastgeber.

Apartament jest wspaniały. Nie mam absolutnie żadnych zastrzeżeń. Zajmowaliśmy apartament na górze z 3 sypialniami i dwoma tarasami, z których rozpościera się wspaniały widok a z oddali widać morze. W apartamencie dostępne jest wszystko czego potrzeba w podróży - dobrze wyposażona kuchnia ze zmywarką, łazienka przy każdym z pokoi, suszarka do ubrań na tarasie oraz w części wspólnej pralka i żelazko. Dostępna jest również dobrze wyposażona siłownia, stół do bilarda i do piłkarzyków. Basen jest bardzo czysty a zieleń wokół budynku bardzo zadbana. Wszędzie w oknach moskitiery. W ogrodzie duży grill i stół do biesiadowania. Dla mnie rewelacja.

L’appartamento è completo di tutto, microonde, bollitore, moka, lavastoviglie, frigo e freezer. Manca solo la lavatrice per renderlo perfetto al 100%. A metà soggiorno (abbiamo fatto 8 notti), Denis ci ha avvisati che sarebbe venuto qualcuno a cambiare le lenzuola, non ce lo aspettavamo. Al rientro il letto e il divano letto per mio figlio erano perfetti, la biancheria da bagno anch’essa rimpinguata, davvero servizio ottimo. C’è anche un bel balcone con stendibiancheria, tavolino e due sedie. In casa c’è l’aria condizionata e il Wi-Fi tutto perfettamente funzionante. Davvero soddisfatti.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'appartamento: era grande e pulito e con facilità di parcheggio. Poco distante ci sono 2 grandi supermercati e molte spiagge. È necessario spostarsi con la macchina ma per noi era più comodo così. La proprietaria è nella casa a fianco, lei e suo marito sono molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Ci è stato dato un pass per entrare nel campeggio Lanterna, che è stato molto gradito.

Sweet apartment that was private yet close to downtown Porec. The apartment came with bikes which we used every day; also a very easy walk to Porec. Our hose greeted us with cake and homemade liqueur, was very helpful getting us set up in the apartment, including use of the washer, which was a great amenity. Would recommend as a host and a place to stay.

The Bacchus House is the most amazing place to stay in Porec. The apartment is perfectly furnished and the garden is serene with the best views! The owner, Baeba, is the sweetest host and made our trip extra special, from a welcome gift in the fridge and beyond, she made our stay incredibly memorable. The location is PERFECT - right outside the Bacchus restaurant and walking distance to everything in Old Town! It was quiet at night even when the streets were lively. It was so clean, well-stocked and cozy; wifi was strong, water pressure is great.. It does have quite a few stairs to get to the top loft but the views are worth it!! We literally cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay, this apartment is magic and we cannot wait to return.

We waren hier met 4 personen en hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Prachtig appartement met alles erop en eraan. Het uitchecken was eigenlijk voor 10.00 uur maar omdat we pas in de avond terug vlogen konden we tot 18.00 uur in het appartement blijven. Dus dat was helemaal super. Wij hebben genoten.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Porec. Die Wohnung liegt im EG und hat den direkten Zugang zum Pool, was mit Kindern sehr praktisch ist. Genügend Platz und die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer auch super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dejlig roligt sted. Veludstyret køkken. Meget tæt på poolområde, perfekt med små børn. Hurtig respons fra vært ved spørgsmål. Flot udsigt fra stor terasse. Internettet var lidt sløjt, så til evt arbejde er nettet for svagt. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse hos Iztok.

Apartment is in quiet part of Rovinj , 15 minuts by foot to the old town, close to the seaside. You can walk to nearest beach its not far. It is convinent for visit beautifull Rovinj and also swim at the beach. Parking place is available behind the gate.

Très bon emplacement pour ce charmant appartement, très proche de la ville comme de la mer. Superbe terrasse au calme avec une belle vue et hôtes accessibles et réactifs. Parfait !

Die Unterkunft ist super zu erreichen und um den Ort herum gibt es super viele Möglichkeiten Sachen zu unternehmen. Vom Aquapark über Hochseilgarten und vielen schönen Stränden gibt es viel Abwechslung. Das Haus von Irene ist sehr modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet es fehlt an nichts! Die Kommunikation lief einfach und sehr freundlich ab! Wir empfehlen sowohl Irene als Gastgeberin wie auch das Haus in Vabriga. Vielen Dank für unseren schönen Familienurlaub bei euch.

Ein schönes großes Haus mit eigenem Pool und Whirlpool. Super geeignet für eine große Gruppe! Perfekt ausgestattete Küche und Outdoor Küche. Wegen der Lage das Hauses ist ein Auto für Unternehmungen nötig, es liegt sehr ruhig aber auch etwas entfernt vom Strand und vom Ortskern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was one of the best Airbnb place that we have ever stayed in. The place was brand-new field with different amenities, games, treats, useful tips and maps, absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay. The host was always super responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, advisable and pro active. Anything we asked for was delivered promptly. Upon arrival we had chilled drinks in the fridge and a beautiful fruit basket and another basket with treats. I would definitely come back myself and recommend this place to others. Although pictures look like a Photoshop inside the house everything looks exactly the same. The Location is very convenient if you have a car everything is 7 to 15 minutes drive: you have nice beaches with sunbeds, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, anything you need basically. Thanks a lot Lorena! We hope to see you soon again!

just paradise and super friendly hosts

We had a great vacation at the house. Check-in was smooth, the owner very welcoming, friendly and always ready to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. The house is beautiful and spacious, a little bit outside of the city center, quiet and surrounded by nature. We enjoyed taking walks to and at the beach. You can reach the beach in 10min and the city center is a 30min walk away. Needless to say, the pool is amazing and has a really nice size. Unfortunately we were not able to use it because the weather didn't play along and it was unusual cold for the time of year. (that said, each of my kids jumped in once because it was just too tempting). The owner gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do with the kids. We will most likely go back.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick! Es gibt 3 separate Einheiten, 2 davon mit eigener Küche. Die Hauptküche ist richtig gut ausgestattet- es gibt sogar eine Eismaschine und einen Weinkühlschrank. Draußen gibt es einen großen Gasgrill. Viele Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für 3 Familien. Es gibt einen eigenen Spielplatz, ein Trampolin, ein großes Schachbrett. Außerdem natürlich den schönen Pool und einen überdachten Jacuzzi für 4 Erwachsene. Wir waren auf Workation dort mit 9 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Das hat auch gut funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin Petra ist unglaublich freundlich, war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns sogar Wein vorbeigebracht. Sie hat uns auch viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Der Ort Baldasi ist etwas abgelegen, dafür hat man seine Ruhe und eine tolle Aussicht. Es gibt viele Weingüter in Laufnähe, wir haben eine Weinprobe bei Pilato gemacht. Mit dem Auto ist man in 25 Min in Porec. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!
