Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kaštelir

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!

We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the two terraces and the good location in relation to swimming facilities, restaurants and cultural life. There's always something going on in Piran. On the weekend, we were able to experience great live music.

Nice apartment, good location

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

The location of this place is really wonderful: A wonderful view of the sea and the old town of Piran. In no time at all you are at the harbor, a bakery and a market are also not far away even if you have to climb a few meters in altitude. But the view makes it completely worth it! Communication with Anas' father was extremely pleasant! Very helpful and completely straightforward! We will be happy to come back...

⭐️ 10/10 – Absolutely perfect stay!** Our weekend in Rovinj was fantastic! The apartment was very clean and ideally located: In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. Lada as a hostess was simply great – helpful, friendly and always available for questions. We can 100% recommend this place!

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

Suzana was the kindest and most thoughtful host to our group / loads of extra touches and attention to detail. Just wonderful! The house was exactly as described in an idyllic location and with the sea just steps away. This place is a real fin’s! Get here if you can

Our stay at Biserka’s was great. The apartment was absolutely pristine with everything you could ever need. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the shower was amazing. Only a 10 minute walk into the beautiful town the location was perfect. We had a lovely stay and will definitely try to book again when we return.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We stayed at Villa Aromatica for 1 week and it was fantastic. Bernard and his parents are wonderful hosts and even prepared us a wonderful meal on our last evening with local wine. The Villa is 5 star with very comfortable beds and top quality facilities. The pool and outdoor kitchen are excellent. As a family we like to experience local culture and everyday we did day trips, never driving more than 1 hour. We actually had breakfast in Croatia, lunch in Slovenia and our evening meal in Italy one day. The scenary is breathtaking and the history is unrivaled. Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Piran in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy were some of the places we visited. I would recommend Villa Aromatica anytime of year as it offers so much whatever the season.

We had a wonderful time in the villa in Croatia! The accommodation is really very nice, tastefully decorated, well maintained and clean – just like the pictures. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed: There was homemade schnapps and a local sweet to welcome us, which made us very happy. The contact with the hosts was also great: When we needed their help, they were immediately available and right on site. Very friendly and helpful – we felt really well taken care of. The only small downside: the beds or mattresses are unfortunately already quite worn and no longer particularly comfortable. Precisely because the villa is otherwise so high-quality, it is a pity – a renovation would be really desirable here. Overall, however, a great stay – we would love to come back!

We were able to book the accommodation with Silvana at very short notice and everything went extremely smoothly. The contact on site with Sandro was super friendly and always super fast. We loved the tranquility, the large pool, fenced garden with our dogs. The only downside is the distance (about 20/25 minutes) to the sea. We definitely recommend the place:)

Iva’s place is peaceful with a beautiful view. Location is close to many places to visit in Istria. Wonderful to start and end the day with a plunge in the pool. We really appreciated being able to make a big breakfast with fresh eggs and vegetables.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a quiet and private accommodation where you can just relax, without noise and very secluded. We found exactly what we were looking for! The surrounding fields and country roads were very beautiful and quiet. The bathroom was clean, the house itself was rather dark, but also clean. The host responded extremely quickly to all messages. The instructions to get to the house and check in were awesome, everything was very well explained! Thank you so much for a lovely stay, would love to stay again!

Very nice place to stay. Everything you need is there. Perfectly located to explore Istria. Not far from the sea. Many small hidden coves where you can also lie alone (out of season) Alen responds very quickly to messages. When you check in, you will also get helpful information about the area and sights. Completely satisfied.
