Really wonderful. You had everything you needed, it was super clean and someone was available for questions or any other time.

The place was great, very cosy and warm, well equipped, the host was very responsive. There is another apartment upstairs (the office) with another bed, restroom and even a little kitchen corner. The house has very thick walls, which was great because the noise from the fireworks didn’t bother us and our dogs at all (we were there for the new years). The garden is beautiful, the pool must be great during the summer. ☺️

For us the accommodation was perfect, the villa is divided into two separate apartments, ideal for a Family and Friends holiday.

The extensive property suited our group very well. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children. The lovely pool , pool side kitchen and large surrounding garden gave us all plenty of space to enjoy time together. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to buy bread and other essentials in the small shop (open 7.30 - 14.00) but a car is essential for trips to supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest. The owner kindly offered to order us local cheese and olive oil. It was excellent, but expensive. One can also buy very good vegetables and eggs from the neighbours. We had friendly, helpful service everywhere we visited. Pula, Fazana and Rovinj are certainly worth a visit. We were fascinated by the variety of insects. Many butterflies , beetles and small scorpions. Great if you’re a mini beast fan! Just remember the mosquito repellent. All in all we had a wonderful time!

Great place to stay with plenty of room and everything you need for your stay provided. Plenty of room and heated pool provides flexibility when the weather isn’t perfect. Hosts were super helpful and really responsive.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Our stay in Petra´s house was perfect. The house is cozy and very practical. You can find there all kind of amenities what you need. Next to the house is great local restaurant.

Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking until the time of departure. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and activities. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. They arrive specially for the farewell and give their guests gifts. We were very happy in the house and felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We booked this house because of the pool, jacuzzi and great outdoors which we loved! The interior is a bit outdatet but very clean and in good condition. Would definitely book again. Thanks for having us!

My recent stay in Motovun was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled in the heart of this picturesque hilltop town, the house—an exquisitely adapted traditional Motovun home—radiates charm and authenticity. Every detail speaks of thoughtful care, perfectly blending historical character with modern comfort. What truly made the experience unforgettable were my hosts, Goran and Martina. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere that made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality added a special touch that I will always remember. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to my friends, family, and anyone looking to experience the magic of Motovun in the most heartfelt and genuine way. I will most certainly return.

We stayed at Samo's place as a group of 8 people. This was as in the pictures and equipped with everything you could wish for. The house was very secluded, so we didn't have to worry about confronting residents. The size of the pool is perfect for swimming in it as well. Samo was a great host and always easily accessible. We recommend a car for the stay to get to the beach and as the supermarket in the village only had a very small selection and was a little more expensive. We will be happy to come back! _________________ We were a group of 8 at Samo's apartment. The House was as expected and described. Everything works. The Location is in a small village near Pula without any neighbours. We were on our own and we enjoyed this freedom. Pool Size was very good not only for chilling. It was possible to swim aswell. Samo is very kind and want to help every time. A car is recommended because the store in the village is very small.

Beautiful house with heated pool. Depending on the outside temperature between 20 and 24 degrees in autumn. In the house, everything is super clean. The kitchen is well equipped, coffee capsules and even dishwasher tabs for the first few days are available. Towels are also sufficiently available. The contact was super easy and in German with Sanjin. We were even able to get into the house a little earlier. He had brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from his own farm and given us restaurant tips. We were completely satisfied.

Simply fantastic house, we were 7, 4 adults and 3 boys, the guys slept on the sofa beds in the immense living room, we had the two double beds. Pool, hydro bathtub, porch with table. Everything is great. Coin-operated laundromat a few steps away. You can get around by car, but in a few minutes you can reach everything! The owner waited for us and let us see the whole house. Everything is perfect!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. This is our second time staying at the house. Beautiful place, old renovated house, very comfortable for four people. We really enjoyed both terraces, the covered BBQ area as well as the pool. You could relax and unwind. The neighborhood is beautiful: vineyards, olive groves, and encourages bike tours and walks. Town: Fiorini has a very nice atmosphere, it is quiet and peaceful. Host Catarina is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!.

We stayed at Damir and his family's house for a week in mid-September. Although the hosts live above, you can enjoy total privacy and tranquility. The house is very clean and the garden as well as the pool are also very well maintained. There were pancakes to welcome us and Damir was always available for questions throughout the stay. Unfortunately, we had some bad weather, but got new firewood for Damir's fireplace every day. The place is definitely a place to relax and we can wholeheartedly recommend it.

The place is perfectly matching the description, spacious, functional and complete with everything. The pool is really beautiful and the host is always available and very very friendly.

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

Magnificent place in Vizinada! The view of the valley and Motovun is breathtaking. This home was our base camp for exploring Istria during our 4-night vacation. Had the weather been a bit warmer we would have jumped into the pool. Instead we kept ourselves warm with the fire wood stove. The only thing missing was a microwave but overall we had everything we needed. Lovely house and location.

This place is awesome. The photos correspond to reality. Spacious rooms, well air-conditioned, privacy, comfortable beds with pleasant bedding, just everything very stylish! The outdoor area with pool offers some cozy seating and reclining options. We would book this place again. The hosts are very likeable.
