House vacation rentals in Kaštel

We had an amazing time! The house and poolhouse are absolutely great and also a very clean and amazing pool in the garden. Sabina is a great host, pro active, answers quickly. We would love to go back!

We (2 adults and 2 teenagers and our small dog) here for 2 weeks and felt very comfortable. The cottage was top notch. The air conditioners (also in the bedrooms) worked one-way free and were also very helpful because of the high temperatures😉. The location to the different towns and leisure facilities was also great. We will be happy to come back for the next Croatia vacation.

This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We have been to this beautiful cottage for the second time and it was absolutely fantastic again! The house is well equipped, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The pool is a real highlight. Our two dogs also felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the stay. A very big thank you to the warm host – as always, everything was perfectly prepared and we felt immediately welcome. I'm sure we'll be back!

We were guests as a family of 4 in Esther's small, Istrian cottage. Ester, as well as her daughter Edita, were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The excursion destinations Edita recommended to us were great. 😃 The parking is located behind the house, the driveway or exit is a bit tricky due to the adjacent olive trees, but otherwise no problem. The pool is not visible from the street and is located a bit off the house. We liked to use the sun terrace, even though one or the other hallway was no longer completely intact. The beds are perfect, we slept very well in it. Beds are made and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare all kinds of things. Air conditioning on all floors, also a plus. 👍 Close the windows that you don't hear about the traffic. A perfect starting point for things to do for us. Thank you! 🫶

great Host, amazing House !

We liked it very much. Small but nice. Great bed, in the kitchen everything necessary was available, only the stove was a bit strange, it only worked with a lot of coaxing. Patrik is a very nice host who invited us to a homemade nut liqueur. On the first morning, the mother served us a cherry strudel. The location is perfect. Close to Koper and not far to many beautiful cities, e.g. Piran etc. All in all highly recommended.

Andreja was very responsive, the apartment had a nice view and it was more spacious than expected. It was extremely clean and the host is very kind, pays attention to details and gave us a warm welcome. Would definitely go back.

The place is just perfect. It is just as described. We stayed here 7 adults and 1 child without any issues. I strongly recommended.

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

Charming house with great location and responsive hosts...

I loved it! We only stayed one night, but the accommodation is clean, very conveniently located, comfortable and beautiful. It has a really nice vibe and a beautiful terrace. I would totally recommend it and I would like to stay there again. The only two "buts" we found were 1) the check-out time is very early and 2) as a guest, you have to take out the trash and throw it in one of the bins at the end of your stay? I had never read anything like this on an Airbnb and considering that we were going with bbs, strollers and suitcases, it was also heavy to carry the trash and split up to go look for the containers. We were in a big hurry to get out in time and also stressed about the trash😅. Other than that, the truth is that everything is very good and Katarzyna is very attentive to offer us a crib.

Tamara and her husband Robert are friendly and always offer for help. I came for vacation with my family and I joined Istria 100 trail race during the stay. The house locates in a walkable distance to race centre. When I went out for race and no one can drive, my wife and children can also walk to the beach or town centre (within 15 mins), or just stayed in the house with excellent wifi network. The place is simple but clean and tidy. We have full of precious memories in Umag and this warmly house contributes a lot. Great thanks!!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the large bed was comfortable. There is a nice area for sitting out in the lower garden. The sea view is somewhat misleading. While it is possible to view the sea it can’t be done from the apartment unless you walk across the lower garden. The seaview shown is essentially from SAs parent apartment on the upper floor. That said the garden is a pleasant place to sit out. As others have stated there is a language issue with SAs father but this was easily got round with hand signals etc. He was waiting for our arrival and showed us round the apartment and was pleasant to deal with. He also brought chocolate pancakes one evening. SA was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival and offered us the option to arrive early. Overall this is a pleasant place to stay.

Very nice place to stay that looks just like the pictures. The landlord was very friendly, always available and helped us immediately when we locked ourselves out. The property is located in a quiet, very pleasant area with many great restaurants within 15 minutes driving distance. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at Dajana's place was perfect, and we would definitely want to stay there again. There were 4 of us, and we were all very comfortable. It was spacious, clean, had a well stocked kitchen and a parking spot right off of the patio. We especially loved the cozy outdoor patio/garden. We also liked the fact that there is a restaurant next door. We were able to eat there after long days of sightseeing. Dajana is a terrific host and responded very quickly to our questions. We plan on staying there again for sure!

A dream house ideally suited for a dream vacation with the whole family. (10 adults, 1 child) Rene welcomed us very warmly and the check-in as well as the checkout were simple and uncomplicated. Everything was clean and very nice. Due to the beautiful weather, we were able to stay all day in the covered terrace with outdoor kitchen or in one of the comfortable loungers next to the pool. We had a lot of fun playing darts, badminton and billiards - it was so much fun. My little granddaughter (2 years) was also very happy about the playground and splashing in the pool. A small shop can be reached in a few minutes by car, Lidl and Spar in about 10 minutes. VERY RECOMMENDED!

great place in a cute area - old town Buje, just beside the Church on top of the hill. Great host: friendly, reactive, easy to reach Apartment was spacious, clean and cosy, with everything you need. all in all I had a great stay.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Igor is a very nice host, the house is beautifull and garden and pool are very private and quite, located in a very small village, close to a larger town.

A great accommodation that facilitated our first boys' trip! This house was equipped with a cute swimming pool and great white wines under the sunshine. If you would like to stay somewhere quiet but enjoy the craziness of the surrounding cities, then this place is the one. We really enjoyed it and will speak warmly about it to our friends and family.
