Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kashima

Check-in and checkout went smoothly without time, and I thought it would be better than a hotel. Also, there were many things I didn't know about using Airbnb for the first time, but the house precautions were stuck on the walls and objects, so it was very easy to understand. Also, when we contacted you to let us know what we wanted to check, it was very helpful for us to get back to you right away! It was a very good trip because I was able to relax with the feeling of being in my usual home.

We would like to thanks Sacura san, she's a wonderful host and so caring. We felt right at home. The house is so big and fully equipped. It made our last days in Japan so memorable. Sacura san presented a gift for my Daughters birthday. She made sure we dint had any issues finding the place and was very concerned right from arrival till our departure as we were travelling with a baby. It is located at equal distance from Tsudanama and Yatsu station. If coming from Narita airport you have direct train on kesei line to Yatsu station and from Tokyo station direct train to Tsudanama station on sobu line. There are 2 bicycles provided by host for roaming in the town. We would definitely choose Sacura san place travelling next time to Japan and highly recommend it if you are coming with your family.

Mimiko was the perfect host. Her place is immaculate, with modern amenities. The rooms are very comfortable and it had anything we could need. It’s a short walk to the train station, supermarket, and shops. Also a short taxi ride to The Makuhari Messe if you don’t feel like taking the train. We were in town for Star Wars Celebration and loved our experience. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to visit Japan. Thanks, Mimiko!

It's the best spot to surf.You'll walk to the surf spot right away.There is a shower outside even after you come back, so it is very convenient.

Pros: Mika is great host, fast responds if i ask something. Very clean room&complete equipment. Thk you for the gift for four of us mika! that's very sweet. Cons: too much chair&table, make us lil hard to move with big luggage we bring :) . There's a shortcut to this unit from nearest station, but if you bring large suitcase its hard to climb the bridge stairs, you must get taxi or walk far. No prob if u only bring backpack or cabin size luggage, just follow the instruction of the host.

Extremely good stay. Norio was very accommodating too. There's even a parking spot. Definitely worth the price :)

Jyuta's place is conveniently located few steps away from Makuharihongo train station. Nearby the house you can find many stores and a coin laundry just in the bottom of the building. The house is well kept and it has a great selection of body wash and shampoo.

Great host! Drove us from the train station to the Airbnb as it would have been a 1 km walk with our luggages. Also woke up early just to drive us to the airport in time. Super friendly as well! Shared with us about his life stories and we had great conversations.

We visited with a 6-year-old child and three family members.The house and the surrounding environment are good, but most importantly, the host's service is the best I have ever stayed at.I am grateful for the speedy and less formal service, and the provision of full and easy-to-understand information, and for always being able to reach the itchy spots without having to ask questions.It was stress-free.

The landlord couple was so kind and friendly that I was able to have a pleasant stay. They also gave a gift to my child I've been grateful for seeing that you prepared every single item in the house for the guest. I loved the clean, villa-like feeling on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I was able to enjoy the hot spring every day because there was a hot spring that I could walk to.

the house is located with in walking distance of restaurants and convenience stores. it is a taxi ride to some beautiful locations. highly recomend this location especially if tradional Japanese experience is what you want.

Our host was absolutely amazing. He always responded very quickly. He sent us recommendations of places to eat and nearby attractions. He also went above and beyond by helping us with forwarding our luggage to our next accommodation. The process was a bit confusing for me, but he offered to help with it and we got everything taken care of right away. I recommend everyone book their stays with him.
