Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ibaraki

Comfortable place to stay, close to commercial streets and restaurants, very convenient.The room is tidy and the facilities are quite complete.

The apartment from Kengo was very nice and modern. It was very useful to have the washing machine /dryer and the kitchen to cook once in a while. The apartment is very close to Oji station (5mn walk) and the neighbourhood is very nice, you have konbinis around the corners and also supermarkets. Kengo was very reactive, helpful and friendly during all our stay. He let us check in earlier which was very appreciated. We spent 5 nights there and could have comfortably stayed longer.

Helen and Sozo were great hosts. They checked on us and made all instructions clear. The apartment is clean and quiet. It worked well for our family of 4, 6 might be tight unless you have small children. The location is in a cute neighborhood and was nice to come back to after a busy day in the city. 7-11 and restaurants all close by. Easy walk to JR line or subway. So glad we stayed here!

We had a great stay at this place in Kita-abane! It was clean, peaceful, and surprisingly spacious for the four of us (Filipino travelers so not that tall but with four large suitcases—we had no trouble opening them all in the living room). The location is incredibly convenient, right beside a train station, but we barely heard the trains pass by. There’s a Family Mart and a 24-hour sukiyaki spot just next door. 7-Eleven, grocery store, and the station itself all within a 3-minute walk. Everything we needed was super accessible. The apartment had all the amenities we could ask for—fast Wi-Fi, laundry, and everything listed was exactly as described. It really felt worth the money. One thing to keep in mind: the apartment is up a steep flight of stairs (three floors), so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up and down. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s good to know ahead of time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay—comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location!

The address in the listing is accurate, but Google map shows you a building two doors away. Marivic's place has a big, clear sign on it. But it was late at night when I got there and I was tired so I wandered around for 10 minutes or more until I found it! The apartment entrance lock is a little tricky and I did not read her directions well enough. Be sure to read it well! :-) Nice place, quiet, good bed. Even by Japanese standards, the bathroom is tiny! Would use again happily.

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment is clean, quiet, and was a relaxing place to come back to on the days I toured the city and did excursions. The host is super kind and responsive. I highly recommend.

It is a very nice place, I stayed here for 3 weeks, everything in the room are new and clean, and the host replies question instantly. the bath tub was wonderful, I almost used it everyday, the best part is that there is a washer dryer in the room, I just turned on the machine before I going out and will get the clean dry clothes when I go back hotel. I will definitely reserve the room again when I re-visit Japan.

The home was beautiful with lots of great features for a family of 5. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with lots of local recommendations. Highly recommended!

Nice house, very clean and complete with everything we need in the house. The house is very spacious and very comfortable.The house is very near to Keisei Takasago station, complete with 7 eleven and Family Mart which is walkable from the house. Suitable for tourist. The area was peaceful and feels like home. Host was very responsive and helpful too, help us on the info we need and fast reply when we have any inquiries.

We had the most comfortable stay in Eishi’s apartment. It is very cozy and pretty and well-furnished, everything you need is available. Love that there is a washer and dryer. Location is convenient, 8-10 mins walk from the train station that is well-connected to all the attractions. Very comfortable bed. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the pillows are too soft. Highly recommended and would definitely choose to stay again❣️

I stayed as a graduation trip.They were flexible with the number of people, and they handled last-minute changes in the number of people very well. The house was very clean, and they responded quickly to questions about things I didn't know, so I had a pleasant stay without any inconvenience.The next day, host gave me specific and detailed information when I asked about parking for sightseeing in the area, so my child and I had a very satisfying, fun, and unforgettable kindergarten graduation trip.Thank you again for everything.

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation which is just a stone’s throw away from Keisei Takasago train station! The availability of complimentary Netflix was a bonus as we all sat down to unwind after our daily outing. Washer and dryer was another bonus for us, one of the main reasons why we chose this place. We were all well rested from the comfortable beddings. Something for improvement would be the provision of seats with backrest at the living area. All in all, awesome place and host who was also responsive and gave numerous travel information!

The house is clean. The location is about 700m on foot from the nearest subway station. It's not convenient. It's a little small place to take a shower. It's a little small. It's a little small. Overall, it's not good.

This Airbnb was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The sheets and pillow cases were brand new and you can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into making every part of the house spotless and aesthetically pleasing. It also had everything you need including office supplies, a kettle, first aid, a rice cooker, and toiletries. The AC in both bedrooms were powerful and great after a long hot day. The host is very responsive, kind, and helpful. It was only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. My group of 4 stayed here for one whole week, and we definitely would recommend this place to others visiting Japan for the first time. :)

We really loved staying in Katsushika city. it was far enough from Tokyo to experience a little more local life but also very easy to travel to the bigger city. We would definitely stay here again next trip to the Tokyo area.

Great hostel ! Everything is very tidy, the kitchen is convenient and the host is very kind :) It is obviously a bit far from Tokyo, but you can ride the subway easily to get everywhere. Also we really enjoyed the cute and peaceful neighborhood ! We recommend trying the mochis/daifuku and other rice specialties from the little shop next door 😉

My wife & I stayed in the queen bedroom on the third floor. We knew from reviews that the place was small, so we weren't surprised by the size. Still, it was a perfect size for us to unload our suitcases, to cook small meals, store three weeks worth of purchases, and of course get a good night sleep. The host was extremely helpful and kind, having solutions to every issue we had. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back. We really grew to enjoy our walks to & from the station. A couple small tips for future guests: It took us a couple days to realize that there were drawers under the bed. Make sure you start your laundry early in the day so that it has time to dry on the clothes lines.

Check-in was easy and there was parking, which was helpful for those with children.It was about 12 minutes to the nearest station, but it was convenient because there were places to shop and eat.
