Beachfront vacation rentals in Kashid Beach

Rajan was an amazing host, kept a non-intrusive check on anything that we needed. The crew led by Vijaya were a delight, especially the home cooked food did make our stay experience a delight. Frankly, the location is a hidden gem and if i had my way, don’t want too many to know of this one, lest it falls prey to the rapid littering abuse that most other break worthy locations have ubdergone.

A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

The house and space is beautiful, well kept and surrounded by huge garden and sea facing as well. My family and pets had a good chill time and loved the space. Awas Beach is walkable and minute away. Over all the place has good and safe vibe. The host was gracious to provide is clear directions prior so was easy to find as well. Def would recommend for all looking for chill and relax place while enjoying the sea view.

Anisha's place was fun to stay as we were 3 families with kids and a toddler. Its about 20 mins by car from Mandwa jetty. The pluses - Pool were we all njoyed - sea food - pomfret was fresh & tasted excellent, other food items were also delicious and reasonably priced - Service was pretty good especially food order were catered to quickly. -We had a toddler and they addressed all her food needs... so greatful ! -The service team was nice & ever helpful Pooja- Round the clock - Good, decently priced masseurs were available whom we all took advantage of Little things ... - Pricing seemed little steep - Pool can be re-designed to remove the large jacuzzi and the big steps leading inside the pool - It can be cleaned better and an additional skirting can be added. - Kihim beach is walkable but dirty - The living room is separate from the rooms which are also independent from each other as mentioned in listing. - Rooms could do with a uplift. All in all we njoyed....100% recommend !

Wow, this place was absolutely incredible for our family weekend getaway, including our two kids who had an absolute blast! The location right by the sea gave us breathtaking views that were worth the price alone, and the entire property was maintained to an exceptional standard of cleanliness that impressed even the pickiest members of our group. The spacious interior with its out-of-this-world decor meant that all 8 of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves without feeling cramped. Every corner was spotlessly clean, making our stay completely worry-free. The staff were amazingly helpful without being intrusive, always available when needed but giving us space to enjoy our family time. The food they prepared was seriously delicious, with everyone in our party raving about the meals. The combination of stunning seaside location, immaculate cleanliness, gorgeous interiors, and excellent service made this one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was unbeatable—just 200m from the beach, making it super easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food options. The place itself was very well maintained, and neatly kept, making my stay even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Our team of 12 stayed at this beautiful villa in Nagaon for a strategy offsite, and it turned out to be the perfect setting for both work and relaxation. The villa’s tranquil ambiance and stunning design created an environment that fostered creativity, collaboration, and meaningful team bonding. The property is built entirely from wood and each room offered breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the sea. The large balconies became our go-to spots for brainstorming sessions, informal discussions, and simply soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. The host and staff’s warmth and attentiveness ensured we felt taken care of throughout. The food was another highlight—every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. This offsite experience really brought us closer as a team. Whether it was watching the sunset together, relaxing on the hammocks, playing badminton or beach cricket or football, it truly provided the ideal backdrop for our offsite. We will come again soon

It is constructed with a lot of attention to detail and love. The villa is fairly new and it reflects in the aesthetics of the place. The amenities were as described and the caretaker was very helpful. Madhuri, the caretaker, kept the place clean and was helpful during our stay. The villa has an inhouse menu to choose from, limited but good enough for snacks. The meals were ordered from outside based on recommendation and it was satisfactory. The villa has ample places to sit and relax. It is a quiet neighborhood. Beach is a short drive from the place. It was really hot and humid which made us to sit inside our bedroom until evening. Power backup at villa works as promised, so no AC during power cuts. The municipal road leading to the villa needs repairs and frequent power cuts are an issue in this climate. Overall , we had a nice time at the villa. Thank you Amruta for hosting us at your place.

The bungalow is beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean. Had all the amenities that you can expect from a hotel, like, toiletries, hot water geysers in all bathrooms, functioning AC in all rooms, good wi-fi connection and 24/7 water supply. The best part was the kitchen with all the required utensils, milk, tea powder and sugar. Enough to make tea for a group of 6-8 people twice a day. Food was supplied from a local catering service and was equally delicious, plus it was not expensive. Beach is at 5 mins walking distance. The Bluetooth party speakers added that extra boost to the evening party. The owner was also kind enough to keep ice cubes and 5 bottles of cold water ready in the fridge before we arrived. The only disadvantage that I found was the absence of swimming pool. Hoping they consider adding it in near future. I'm surely visiting the place again. Thanks Ajita!
