Located on the second floor (no elevator) of a two-story multi-family building, with its own playgrounds and in the immediate vicinity of the Wrocław horse racing track. The estate is separated from the busy streets of the city, with easy access from the south (A4 and the bypass). In the immediate vicinity there are grocery stores, as well as cafes and restaurants.

The 40 sqm apartment is located in a well-known district of Wroclaw: "Krzyki" and is bright and very cozy! From the main train station, you can reach the apartment by public transport in about 30 minutes and by car in about 15 minutes. From the main train station, take the tram towards "Świdnickastraße"

Hello, I invite you to a very convenient base for exploring Wrocław and the area. The apartment is located in a guarded housing estate, close to the park and the Aquapark, and a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, from which you can get to the city center in 15 minutes Main train station (bus 110). Netflix and Amazon prime available. I will be happy to advise you what is worth seeing in Wrocław and the surrounding area :)
