In addition to the double bed, there is an additional mattress, so that two people can be accommodated comfortably, but there is also space for three. The apartment offers a bathroom, kitchenette and sunny balcony. Within 400 meters you will find everything your heart desires: tram, thermal bath with sauna, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a cinema and the Baden State Theater. The city center is only 1 km away. Experience the lively Südstadt!

A simple accommodation and a great place to relax in a central location in Karlsruhe between the main train station, the ‘Kongresszentrum’ and the market square. It’s situated off the main road in a green and quiet industrial oasis with a courtyard. A 100 m² of unrenovated loft space with bathroom/shower and a small kitchen. Please be aware that there is no central heating. However, there is a wood burning stove which creates a pleasant warmth during the colder seasons (we help with fire-ligh.)

Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!!
