Since it's a house that my family used to live in, I'm renting it out after a little maintenance, so it has most of the things you need for living. Located in a suburban residential area, it is quiet and peaceful, and all supermarket chains are nearby. It's a 2-minute walk from the subway, so the accessibility to the city is obvious. (Approximately 20 minutes, including walking time to the city center) You can sit on a very spacious balcony, bask in the sun, read a book, drink tea, or cook with the herbs I grew. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Enjoy your stay in the north of Munich in this beautiful top-floor flat for two people. The 45 m² flat has a bathroom, a small kitchenette, a dining table, a couch with a smart TV and a large double bed. From the accommodation, you can walk to the train station in 10 minutes and reach the city centre or the airport in 20 minutes by S-Bahn. There are also numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.
