Vacation rentals with a patio in Karlovy Vary

The FW was great , modern and clean and beautiful large windows in the WZ. You get up every morning and have the great view of nature. The small good bourgeois restaurant Anna nearby can also be reached on foot. Nice waitress. We'd love to come back. We'd love to come back.

Everything was very clean. We felt very comfortable. A cute apartment in a GDR new building house. But everything inside is very cute. The kitchen offers every conceivable amenity. The children's room is fantastic. Our two girls felt very comfortable. The ski slope is a few meters away. We drove there by car and parked on site. In the village, however, everything is within walking distance. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back. Thanks again.

Nice apartment in quiet area close to grocery store. We went skiing in Klinovec for a few days which worked fine for us.

The apartment and surroundings were great. We drove to the Klenovec ski resort 10 minutes away, the slopes on site in Plesnic were too expensive for us. There was a small incident with the heating. Lucie helped us very quickly and easily. Thank you! She was also always available and always kind and friendly. We will definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The location is very central below the castle with a great view over the valleys of Schwarzenberg. The equipment is also very appealing with large original paintings of a local pop art artist, fireplace and a huge terrace.

We were completely satisfied and would come back anytime. You feel right at home!

We stayed at Zuzana's apartment for 4 nights to take a few days of ski vacation. The apartment is designed with a lot of love for detail. Everything is very modern, clean and equipped with many small extras (e.g. various charging cables, diapers, lots of toys, top brand coffee machine). Nearby is a Kaufland, so you could shop comfortably. Zuzana was great to reach and responded within a short time. We were super happy with the place and will definitely be back! Everything is great!

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! Had a great time at Helena's lovely house. Lots of space, very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, which made cooking for a large group easy. Had some issues with the sauna, but Helena was very responsive and tried to have it fixed. The house is close to Karlovy Vary and to many hiking paths.

We were received in a very friendly manner by the helpful couple, who also gave us good tips for the area. The accommodation is quietly located and can be the starting point for hikes. The house was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room cozy and the beds comfortable. In good weather, we were able to use the large sun terrace. It was a lovely stay.

The time in Lucie's house was wonderful! We didn't miss anything! Everything was as described. Even with questions, Lucie could always help us quickly! The fenced garden was perfect for us with a dog! The coffee roastery next door was a great highlight, the men there very nice. Spontaneously they showed us their roastery and we were able to buy fresh coffee! With 2 adults, 2 children and a dog, we really had a lot of space. We would definitely come back!

We were there for 3 days and we loved it😊, nothing is missing. The communication was great and we were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back!

Katerina’s apartment is very cozy and has a home-like feeling. It has a million-dollar view to the mountains and historic center of the village. Wi-Fi is fast and stable, kitchen is fully equipped, bed is comfortable. Multiple big supermarkets are within walking distance, and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the palace, park and old town area. Katerina is a very kind and helpful host, our communication went flawless, and she was willing to assist us with any issues. Stay definitely recommended.

***disclaimer, long post. My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many airbnb and never had the hospitality we received at Martin's place. we were welcomed by his mother (what a delightful woman), she made my kids so comfortable with toys, her lovely dog; the kids loved playing in the backyard although the weather was not much helpful. The area is beautiful, quiet, about 20 min drive for Kalovy Vary main attraction; so I suggest renting a car is the best way. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Czech country side at Martin's after the noise from Praha. Martin was easily reachable and replied within 30 min of sending him a message. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, well rested vacation, book this place. The next time we visit back Czech Republic, we will stay in Pernink at Martin's place!

We highly recommend this place and the warm hosts! You can feel that Grit and Wolfram are committed to making sure the guests are well taken care of. The apartment with the beautiful terrace near the edge of the forest is a real place of rest and relaxation.

We had a super nice 6 days in Kamil's apartment. It was modernly decorated and clean as shown in the photos. Kitchen very nice with everything you need. There were even foodstuffs such as oil, vinegar, flour, salt, pepper, and coffee. The dishwasher is a great advantage on vacation and the detergent is also available for the washing machine. For skiing in winter, the apartment is optimally located, 3 km to Keilberg.
