Vacation rentals with a patio in Kargıcak Beach

First of all, thank you very much, I was pleased and had a nice stay, Ms. Gül was always in touch and helped My suggestion: it would be very nice as a treat if it was just soft drinks I haven't seen any negative situation, I recommend it to everyone, you can be sure that I will choose this place again in my next Alanya choice ☺️

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

We booked the place for 5 adults and 2 young kids. The building block is literaly 1 min walk from the beach and locationwise very peaceful. The swimming pool, bbq place and sauna were a great use. The building in general is well maintained and build to high specifications. The apartment was clean, well equipped with all day to day emenities and we didnt feel lack of anything for our 11 days stay. There is public transport just in fron if anyone is interested to take that. Othman was very responsive in communication and helped wherever we needed his help. I would highly recommen his place and he has been a great host.

The apartment is located in a very nice complex with many offers. Everything is within walking distance. Adem was very friendly and the communication impeccable. We were somewhat bothered by the fact that we had to specify the check-in and check-out times exactly, although a self check-in is specified. This is very limited in flexibility. In the future, a little more attention must be paid to the cleanliness ( e.g. crumbs in the oven from other guests). We were still completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

We enjoyed staying there. It has all the amenities - swimming pool, spa, gym. The apartment is quite small but cozy. It is in walkable distance to the sea, shopping mall and smaller stores. Thank you!

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

We stayed for 5 nights with my wife and daughter from August 26 to 31. It was a great experience for us. We didn't encounter anything negative in the meantime. It's in a good location. Sea view. Great location to watch the sunset. There's almost everything a home should have. You feel at home. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the kitchen section that will allow you to have breakfast and dinner. The pool is large enough and spotlessly clean. Definitely at home. Mr. Taner and his wife are very caring and friendly people. With the wireless projection device provided by Mr. Taner, he was also enjoyable to watch movies and series in the garden. Hope to be back...

We stayed in Mr. Faruk's stone house for 3 nights and we are really satisfied. It was an extraordinary experience for us because the apartments provide a beachfront accommodation with its location on the cliffs and we were really enchanted by the view. The apartment was very clean and convenient, the kitchen utensils needed for the stay were considered. In addition, the size of the pool, the location next to the sea, and the fact that it was filled with salt water brought the incident to much higher standards than the pools we knew. It was also very hospitable to offer fresh avocados from the trees in the garden while saying goodbye to us. We wholeheartedly recommend this special experience to everyone.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, with everything you could need just a short walk away. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and respectful, making the experience even better. From the moment I arrived, this place felt like home. The walk to the sea took just 5-7 minutes, and there are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was an extremely attentive and clean apartment, I had no problems with check-in, it was a very calm and elite neighborhood, everything we were looking for in the apartment was available, I highly recommend it, it was great

The apartment's location is great. We had 2 supermarkets near the house and we were a 5-minute walk to the beach. Everything is very clean in the house and yard. The pool is cleaned every morning and the area around the pool too. Demet was always there to guide us and helped us with everything. She is a very nice woman and willing to help with whatever you ask. We were 3 adults for 3 and a half weeks in the apartment. The 3 of us liked the comfort of the house. The Wednesday and Saturday bazaars are very good and all the products are of good quality and very fresh. Great location. A101 and taxi station are just next to the building. Many good restaurants like Pinot wine & dine are really close. 10 minutes to the beach. Internet was a bit slow - do not expect to watch movies or any other activities that require a high speed connection. Please notice the electricity/water payments, and deposit are not included in the apartment payment. Everything I needed was in a walking distance. I really liked the place and surrounding area. Highly recommended
