Apartment vacation rentals in Kargıcak Beach

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

Merhaba. Başta iletişim kurabilicekmiyiz diye düşündüm. Aksine ödemeyi yaptıktan sonra hemen telefongörüşmesi ile iletişim kurabildik. Konum anahtar teslim süper. Daire temiz ve çok oturulucak bir rahatlık veriyor. Ben kalabalık gitim. Bir çift için para söz konusu olmazsa beklemeyin gidin. Hoşçakalın.

die Unterkunft war wirklich wie auf den Bildern beschrieben ruhig und sehr sauber. die Gastgeberin war im erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. kann ich nur empfehlen und würde es wieder buchen.

Спасибо большое Руслану за замечательные апартаменты! Все ожидания оправдались. Фото не передаёт всей красоты. Сам номер отличный и виды с балкона просто потрясающие. Не хотелось уезжать, так все понравилось. В номере все есть для комфортного проживания. Готовили сами без проблем. Доступна вся инфраструктура отеля кроме аквапарка. На бесплатном автобусе отеля, который возит на пляж, ездили в магазин Migros и покупали все необходимые продукты. Он находится в 5 минутах от пляжа. Так же при отеле есть маркет, где можно купить все необходимое. Единственный момент, что отель находится в горах и здесь много комаров. Купили распылитель от комаров в маркете отеля и использовали каждый вечер. Очень помогало, комары не беспокоили. За 2 недели проживания оплатили свет и воду около 1000р. Очень экономно. В номере не жарко в сентябре, очень комфортно, редко использовали кондиционер. Сам отель впечатлил. Очень хочется вернуться сюда снова. Рекомендую!

Apartment is immaculate with everything you would need. I have found with other Airbnbs the kitchen ware is a little sparse but there was plenty of utensils etc so I was able to cook properly. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are two small markets next door for small essentials. From the balcony you can just about see the sea which was nice. The building was very quiet when I visited. Host was always responsive to messages and polite. I would definitely stay again 🙂

Wir waren sehr zu frieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Vom Host haben wir Tips für die Umgebung bekommen und er war immer schnell erreichbar. Falls wir noch einmal nach Alanya kommen, werden wir sicher wieder dieses Airbnb buchen.

Evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz son derece güzel bir tatil oldu. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve hemen cevap veriyor. Sadece mutfakta eksik olarak tost makinası ve çay için çaycı veya çaydanlık yoktu.

Ece was a very helpful host, very prompt in their response and clear. The apartment had a lovely view with big sliding doors to go into the balcony in the living room and the main bedroom upstairs. The main balcony had electric sliding windows and rooftop to allow air in or reduce direct sunlight. The air conditioning worked perfect and was in every room. Pots, pans and cutlery were there, fridge was very spacious, the apartment itself was very clean and presentable. There was a sauna and jacuzzi within the apartment which was very convenient and the place appeared very nice and modern. The swimming pool was open from 8am to 8pm, there are local shops about 10-minute walk away as well as a butchers. The beach in front of the apartment is pebbly and a bit rocky but you can take a taxi to Kleopatra beach which will be about 20 mins and the tourist area of Alanya is also around 15 mins. There are also some restaurants and shops if you head towards mahmutlar.

I have stayed at Orhans apartment several times now. Orhans place is really nice. Clean, good neighborhood, close to the Main Street with restaurants and shops. Close to beach or pool clubs. Very clean on arrival. Orhan helped me with any confusion, and answered within minutes each time. Orhans place comes with my highest recommendations.

Находились в отпуске с мужем 10 дней в Махмутляре нам все очень понравилось.Квартира большая ,современная ,с большим балконом и с видом на горы что было для меня важным.Хозяйка отзывалась сразу ,если были вопросы.Закрытый комплекс с большим красивым чистым двором и с огромным бассейном.В доме было тихо.Все магазины внизу и до моря 7 мин пешком.Будем рады еще раз приехать!!!

Hei! Ystävällinen majoittaja. Heti vasta viesteihin. Saapuminen meillä oli kesällä yötä sisäänkirjautuminen oli todella hyvin kerrottu etukäteen sekä muut ohjeet esim. vesi, sähkö ja netti. Asunto oli siisti ja kaikki tarvittavat asumista varten oli valmiina. Kaupat, tori, ravintolat ja ranta ovat tosi lähellä.

İşlek ve aynı zamanda denize yakın bir caddede çok guzel bir apartmanda kaldık. Çevresinde birçok restoran ve cafe bulunuyordu. Ev sahibi çok güler yüzlüydü ve evin konfor ve temizleyinden çok memnun kaldık.

The apartment was amazing, very modern, clean and tidy. Had everything in it I needed. The pool outside is ideal for chilling and relaxing. The beach was only a 10 min walk. Rhnha was a great host, always available to I chat too and very attentive. I will definitely be using again in the future.

det har været et skønt ophold, til tider svært med kommunikation, da folk ikk er så gode til engelsk, men det er til at leve med, dejligt hotel kompleks med en masse faciliteter. kan klart anbefales.

Проживали в квартире втроем. В квартире чистота, есть все для комфортного проживания, на связи Виктория 24/7, подскажет, поможет. Расположение квартиры класс, на первом этаже Старбакс, бассейны, хамам, кинотеатр, вечером сеансы для детей и взрослых. Пляж оборудован лежаками, все сделано на высшем уровне. Однозначно рекомендую, обязательно вернемся !

Отличное место с чтобы расслабиться

Wir sind mit 2 Std Verspätung erst spät Abends angekommen. Ruhi hat auf uns gewartet, führte uns in eine 24/7 überwachte Anlage, hat die Koffer entgegen genommen und uns die Unterkunft gezeigt. Egal was wir für Fragen hatten, es kam stets schnell eine Antwort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber - frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Alles Top! Das einzige was uns aufgefallen ist, dass das Geschirr aufgrund der fehlenden Spülmaschine von Gast zu Gast unterschiedlich hinterlassen wird. Ansonsten wars ein Mega Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

We stayed at Ekaterina for three weeks. Very nice people, gave us a lot of useful information. Always in touch. The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished, there is everything you need for cooking. It was important for us. There were even baby's toys. We loved our trip to Alanya. Sertaç Bey’in evi gerçekten çok konforlu ve temizdi. Tüm detaylar özenle düşünülmüş; mutfakta ihtiyaç duyabileceğim her şey vardı, yataklar çok rahattı ve ortam genel olarak çok huzurluydu. Evdeki atmosfer insanı hemen rahatlatıyor. Ayrıca Sertaç Bey’in iletişimi ve misafirperverliği sayesinde kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Lokasyon da oldukça elverişliydi, çevrede market ve restoranlar mevcut. Güzel ve keyifli bir deneyim yaşadım. Her şey için teşekkür ederim!
