Welcome to share our summer paradise on Orust in beautiful Nösund, which is located on the West Coast with the sea as the nearest neighbor. The apartment is located on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake view from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment is a balcony of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 3 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet and a sunken bathtub in the floor, (type 90s). There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with its own dock, swimming ladder and boat dock for a deep-water boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Boendet är helt nyrenoverat och modernt inrett med mycket ljusinsläpp. Det är den perfekta platsen för avkoppling och bara en liten promenad ner för berget ligger en småbåtshamn med badmöjlighet i Malö strömmar för stora som små. Helt nytt kök och badrum, vardagsrum och tre sovrum (med plats för 4-6 personer).
