A wonderful stay in a beautiful house. Tugay was a great host & a very efficient communicator. The house is exactly as described, really nice place with all the amenities you could need & in a lovely area. Quiet, peaceful & a short drive away from everywhere! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & most definitely recommend. Thanks again Tugay for an amazing stay and for being very accommodating!

Arife and Oliver were great hosts, gave us great recommendations and were very helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable week here. Lots of shops and restaurants in Kayakoy which was easy to reach on foot. Beaches and Fethiye just a short drive away.

A very pleasant stay, easy accessible to shops and restaurants, very accommodating just unsure if we had to wash towels, which we did, but weather wasn’t too good to get the towels dry quick enough. Probably recommend a tumble dryer in unsettled weather. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay for my family. A Highly recommended villa.

The villa is beautifully designed and elegantly decorated with privacy and comfort. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the stunning views.. the villa offers panoramic vista of lush greenery and the Mediterranean Sea. Waking up to the sunrise and watching sunset was absolutely magical ! One of the many highlights is the infinity pool .. the temperature perfect and surrounded by blissful nature ! We used the modern. Kitchen . Equipped with all modern appliances. And lovely to cook in. ! The terrace was FABULOUS! We ate outside and played games. .. enjoying the ping pong. Table and other fun games .. the beds. Were DIVINE .. with perfect temperatures in the bedroom. With fresh air Or AC . The bathrooms. ? Indescribable ! Amazing! Huge marble vaulted bathrooms with rain showers equipped. To make you feel like a princess ( or prince. ) We were a family of 9. Traveling together with our 89 year mom. And this villa was truly beyond ALL of our expectations!

We loved our stay in this Stone Villa. Communication from the Host was very quick and they were always happy to help. The Villa is surrounded by peaceful and tranquil nature. very relaxing! We loved the cats that visited us everyday of our stay. We had around 7 cats in the garden with us one night! Wish we could have brought one home with us! The photos matched the Villa perfectly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of kitchenware available. All bedrooms had comfy beds. We would definitely recommend a car hire as the Villa is located in a small village about 15 minute drive to the main shops and restaurants. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and hope to return again 😊

We stayed at Anatolian Apartments as a group of six of family, and the duplex apartment was perfectly suitable for us. It was clean, tidy, and well-organized, with all the necessary kitchen equipment available for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights for me was the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity for my early morning swim sessions. Parking was easy, right next to the building on the side of the road. The location is also great—very close to both Çalış Beach (10 mins drive) and central Fethiye (20 mins) . We had dinner every evening at one of the many restaurants on Barış Manço Boulevard, just a short drive away. Deniz Bey was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I’m already planning to visit again in September and hope to stay here once more if it’s available. Highly recommended!

Hallo, wer eine moderne top gestylte Unterkunft sucht ist hier falsch! Wer jedoch eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, ein zweites Zuhause auf Zeit, ein großes privates Grundstück, einen sehr großen Pool und eine sehr gepflegte und reinliche Unterkunft sucht ist hier genau richtig. Perfekt für uns, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir sehr angenehm überrascht. Alles blitzblank sauber und gleichzeitig sehr wohnlich. Wir wurden mit kalten Getränken und leckerem Obst empfangen. Das Inhaber Pärchen sind die perfekten Gastgeber und verstehen es, Ihren Gästen eine gute Mischung von Empfehlungen und Privatsphäre zu bieten. Die Lage ist dezentral genug um Ruhe zu haben, aber nah genug um Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe zu haben (5 Minuten mit Auto). Für die kleineren Bedürfnisse ist ein Kiosk in fussläufiger Nähe. Jeden Morgen wurde das Grundstück von Blätter befreit, der Pool gereinigt. Gerne wurde sich Zeit für unsere Fragen genommen und der ein oder andere Insidertip geteilt. Wir haben die Zeit vor Ort und vor allem die Gespräche sehr genossen. Auch die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß... vor allem im Pool :) Wir können für die Villa Blue und die Besitzer eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Ev gerçekten çok güzeldi. Eve giriş yaptıktan sonra şunu fark ettik ki, ev fotoğraflardan daha güzel. Her odanın banyosunun olması çok önemli bir detay. Ev ile alakalı verebileceğim en önemli tavsiye; kapsamlı, geniş ve detaylı bir market alışverişi yapmanız. Evde temel ihtiyaçların çok az bir kısımı mevcut. Ama bu bir sorun değil zaten ev için para ödüyorsunuz. 😅 Zaten marketler de hiç uzak değil. Sessiz ve huzurlu bir bölge. Kafa dinledik. Aracınız varsa, Ölüdeniz ve Fethiyenin merkezlerine 10-15 dakika da gidebiliyorsunuz. Anzhelika hanım ve yardımcıları, güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Giriş-çıkış saatlerinde bize esneklik de sağladılar. İletişimleri de gayet iyiydi. Biz keyif aldık. Tavsiye ederim. Teşekkür ederiz. 😊🙏

Murat Bey muhteşem bir ev sahibi. Evde limon sıkacağından kek kalıbına, denize götürmek için şemsiyeye, romana kadar her şey var. Arkadaşımızın yazlığına gelmişiz gibi hissettik. Murat Beyin evinden sonra başka bir evde tatilimize devam ediyoruz ve eski evimizi mumla arıyoruz şu an. Çaydanlık, şampuan, havlu, tuz için ev sahibinden trip yiyoruz ve vermiyor da..:)) Ev denize 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde, Şok Bim Migros tekel hastane her yere yakın. Çok da övmek istemiyorum aslında kimse gelmesin hep biz gelelim diye ama Murat Beyin de hakkını teslim etmek için yazıyorum. Çok çok teşekkürler. Bir bebek dahil toplam 4 kişi kaldık bu arada bir çift kişilik yatak bir tek kişişik yatak var koltuklarda da iki kişi uyuyabilir bilginiz olsun.

Perfect base prior to Gulet trip. Nicer than the photos, lovely bedding. 2 open plan bedrooms closed off with curtains, plenty of room for family of 4. Migros nearby for self catering groceries.

Evin konumu gayet iyiydi. Her yere ulaşım konusundan yakındı. Evcil hayvan kabul ediyor olması bizim için çok önemliydi. Evcil hayvanlarımız içinde uygun konaklama alanı oldu. Fiyat performansı olarak memnun kaldık. Melis hanım gayet ilgiliydi. Teşekkür ederiz.

I recently stayed at the Lotushouse, and it was an exceptional experience. The place was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating an inviting atmosphere from the start. The views were breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the Mediterranean and its mesmerizing sunsets. Nestled in a serene, natural setting, it’s a paradise for nature lovers seeking tranquility away from tourist crowds. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfect for couples or groups of up to 12. Every detail, from the pristine bathroom to the well-equipped amenities, ensures a comfortable stay. The private garden is a hidden gem, providing a peaceful retreat. It’s clear that great care has been taken to maintain this home. I highly recommend it for a relaxing escape with outstanding views—I’m already looking forward to returning with my family!

Very grateful to Bir for helping us out when our original booked villa cancelled 8 weeks before we were due to arrive. A lovely villa with fantastic views that we miss already. Plenty of hot water and showerheads that worked well. Pool was very much needed as we had temperatures of mid 30’s to low 40’s during our stay, also a lovely breeze. We were very lucky as the villas around us were empty until our last day so we had a peaceful stay. The gardens do make the villa feel private and the pool area is not overlooked. We think the walk to uzumlu village would probably take 10-15 minutes but was too hot to time it during our stay, we always found a parking spot in the centre. The 2 of us had a real chillaxed holiday, which was exactly what we needed.

Genel anlamda memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu,şahsi fikrim olarak temel temizlik ve hijyen ürünlerinin(deterjan,sabun,çöp poşeti,tuvalet kağıdı gibi)konaklamaya gelirken alınması gerektiği evde mevcut olmadığı ile ilgili ve wifi/telefon çekme sorunu olduğu ile ilgili bilgilendirme yapılması gelecek misafirler için daha kolaylık sağlar diye düşünüyorum.

We loved our stay at Sunshine Villa. Would have liked to stay longer, but only found it at the last minute and unfortunately it was already booked for extra dates. The pictures actually don’t do this Villa justice. It was lovely and comfortable and the pool is fantastic. Having the TV channels meant I didn’t miss too much of the Olympics either. The neighbourhood was quiet and it was a five minute walk to grocery shops and local restaurants, which we found to be great value. It took us about 15 minutes to walk down to the seafront at Calis with a lot of restaurant and shop choices. We loved the water taxi that took a 30min trip to Fetiye. Our communication with Bob was excellent, always quick to respond and very informative. I would highly recommend this Villa and we really hope we get to come back again in the future.

Çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Ev tüm olanaklara sahip. Hem merkeze yakın, hem sakin ve huzurlu. Hijyen konusunda çok iyiydi, evimizde gibi hissettik. Galip Bey son derece ilgili. Tekrar geleceğiz mutlaka.
