The hosts are very caring people. They respond quickly to questions. Although there are minor deficiencies, I am sure they will be corrected as soon as possible. I would love to go back.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

Since my own house is very small, I was looking for a place for my daughter's engagement ceremony around Izmir. I wanted to use this house in my organization because it smells like history. A very clean place, linens and kitchenware. With lots of sweet little touches, like coffee, tea, water and some groceries and even condiments. A clean bathroom with body wash and shampoo. You will really feel like home away from home.

Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. Great neighborhood, quiet, there were markets nearby. All tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no trouble finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.

5 stars is not enough for Hootan and his place. Every single second of my stay I felt like home. The house is cozy and has everything you're ever need. Neighborhood is quiet. Hootan was really kind and responsive. His co-hosts (his cats 😄) are the sweetest furballs you'll ever see, don't forget to pet them! I can't recommend this place enough, that's the best choice to make when staying in Izmir.
