It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. The apartment and a house is situated in Kapelica ,a small village 3 km far from City of Labin and 6 km far from touristic pearl Rabac with the most beautifull beaches in Istria and kristal see water. The house has an large swimming pool & barbecue area. Our place is great for families and children.
