Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kankakee County

This home was a great place, lots of space for us to spend time and the view of the river was gorgeous. My kids felt right at home and while the neighbor houses are really close it was still quite private. Not walking distance to the town but we were able to take a long walk down the road without much traffic and it was beautiful. Lots of board games my kids enjoyed playing and was so nice that snacks were provided. We very much enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely home to spend time while visiting with family. The location is great, it's on a dead end street and very quiet, close to grocery stores and restaurants. House was very tastefully decorated, kitchen fully stocked and nice to have a washer/dryer. While we stayed there in April, we had an unexpected warm day, William contacted us to see if we wanted the outdoor furniture and fire pit put out and we took him up on that offer (thank you for that) and enjoyed a lovely dinner outside on the deck. Sadly the weather didn't last the rest of our stay! The house was perfect for us, we had our family over for meals and visits. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. William was very responsive before we arrived and while we were there. We will definitely stay there if available for our next trip to Bradley! Thank you!

This house is unlike any other. A historic gem and among gorgeous oak trees with multiple views of the river. We are huge fans of Kankakee for its river and state park and were able to walk to downtown restaurants and a brewery across the river (a 25 min walk to downtown). Perfect for six and we wished we could have stayed longer.

We’ve been lucky enough to stay here a couple times while traveling with a group for work. Amanda has always been accommodating and we appreciate her allowing us to utilize the party space for a work holiday gathering while we were staying. The rooms are perfectly sized and decorated and the gathering rooms and kitchen are spacious. Everything you need!

The home was very clean, quiet and friendly. It was easy to get in with the lock-box instructions for the door keys. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was ready for me to make myself at home. Communications with 'Kendra' was smooth and very responsive, both coming and going. Great service. Thank you. P.S. There was a fascinating touch - an umbrella was left in the corner of the living room, by the front door - a nice touch.

Krystal ‘s place was perfect for my week get-away! Even though it is an apartment, I rarely ever heard the neighbors. It was quiet, peaceful and a perfect place to relax in the afternoons and evenings. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

We had a nice 3-night stay while visiting family. The apartment was perfect for what we needed—clean, good location, and just the right size for our family. We’ll hopefully get a chance to stay there again in future visits to Momence.

Cathy & Larry’s place was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need for a weekend stay, plus more. I would highly recommend this loft apartment to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Easter weekend our son was playing baseball for Kankakee CC, so the area was perfect for us. The house was very clean and worked well for our small group. We brought along our exchange student so the small single bed area worked perfectly.
