Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Kanab

This is a great location near many things to do and see. Our dog was welcome, and the place had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again! There is a little road noise if you’re a light sleeper, be aware. It didn’t bother us, though.

Great little place. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out back and watching the horses! Convenient location near town and grocery store. We had a great time.

This was a great place to return to after a long day adventuring. So many amazing things to see in this corner of Utah that we stayed here for a week and made this little house our home. The kitchen was perfect to cook at home and the location is so close to town if you decide to go out instead. The hot tub was a main reason for booking this location but it was sadly "under repairs" when we asked about it with "no maintenance on site". That was a bummer and would have loved that to have been included on the listing. Also worth mentioning, the bedroom wall is shared with another unit so if you are a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs. Otherwise you'll be real familiar with how often you're neighbors use the bathroom at night. It's also right next to a main road which isn't shown in the photos. Overall this place is perfect for setting up a home away from home while seeing all the beauty Utah offers. Make sure to visit Best Friends Sanctuary!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Kori’s townhome! The house is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly thoughtful in making sure we were comfortable throughout. The location is perfect—situated in a calm, peaceful community with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!

I picked this place for my birthday because I wanted a peaceful getaway, and it totally delivered! The house was gorgeous, fully equipped, and spotless. We spent the day playing board games and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back!

Just as pictured, this townhome provided a great home base for hiking in and around kanab, very close drive to restaurants in the “downtown” area as well. Comfortable beds and kitchen stocked with the basics. Was great to have access to a washer and dryer.

Great place to check all AZ and Utah. Perfect spot for kids, got pool, hot tube, gum, playground 2 blocks from place.

We loved walking out the back door right to the pool. Had everything we needed to wash clothes, do dishes, make meals. Would definitely recommend.

This was our family’s first trip to Utah and a small sample of the National Parks and State parks in the vicinity to Kanab. We are a family of 6 and the house suited us perfectly. Loved the trails that go behind the house and the views were amazing. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. Thanks so much for welcoming us into your home!

Great location! Beautiful spacious home. Close to everything. The beds were very comfortable which makes a difference in a family trip. We went to Bryce and Zion and had an amazing time. Kanab also had a lot to offer. Did the UTV tour of Peek A Boo and Great Chamber and loved it. Definitely recommend staying here.

The house was great and well located to all the places we wanted to visit. Kanab is a cute town. The amenities were great and the neighborhood was enjoyable. Callie is a good host!

We absolutely loved Andrew’s place, we felt right at home. The home was just as described, kitchen was organized and fully equipped, beds were very comfortable, decor was beautifully done, plenty of space to hang out and plenty of blankets to cuddle under while watching TV. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable nestled in amazing views. We took advantage of playing pickleball, swimming, and ping pong in the garage. I will definitely return and highly recommend!!

Cactus Flats was well-designed, functional, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was convenient and made it possible to visit major canyons in the region, Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce, Zion, and a few others. Kanab is small, but nice. We enjoyed local restsurants recommended by the owner. Our son went swimming twice at the community pool, quite relaxing after our daily hike. We loved the beds. We have stayed at other Airbnbs before; some beds were not as comefortable. The red rock mountain view was also magnificent. At night, when the sky was clear, we could see the stars. We highly recommend Cactus Flats.
