Il soggiorno è stato davvero fantastico, abbiamo adorato tutto. La stanza è carina e comoda infatti ho dormito benissimo, il cuscino era fantastico! Happy ci ha dato ottimi consigli sulla zona, ci ha accolti con simpatia e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti a casa! In serata abbiamo mangiato nel bus, esperienza particolare. Peccato davvero non aver potuto stare di più.

Apartment exactly as in the pictures. Cozy and clean. Dixie was friendly and helpful. Perfect to spend a weekend in Zion Park. Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed the stay. Very helpful guestbook with precise expectations and great ideas for activities. Really enjoyed the view from the porch with my morning coffee. Great location for visits to National Parks.

Needed a place to stay after our rv broke down and found this motel The pictures display very well what the room looks like, it’s quite accurate. Felt even a little bigger in person Shower was a bit small- my grandmother struggled with it. Water was nice and hot though Very close to many locations. For the price- it’s a win

A great base for so many places to explore, and Happy has great recommendations. The place was clean, spacious, and quiet. Final kitchen appliances were not quite ready in our unit, so we didn’t cook from scratch. We hope to return!

Nos hospedamos por tres noches y cuatro dias fuimos dos familias con 4 niños todo estuvo perfecto ! Tienen bastantes actividades para los niños , cuentan con todo para cocinar cualquier cosa que ayas olvidado en casa ellos lo tienen , las camas estaban cómodas , el baño muy limpio y tiene su calenton , sin duda alguna volveríamos es un hermoso lugar !!!!

Dave’s place was amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked and fully supplied. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating. We would have enjoyed staying longer; there were many activities available. The area around Red Rock Hacienda was beautiful. We enjoyed the town of Kanab and the scenic drives to and from the parks we visited. We came to Dave’s place after visiting the Grand Canyon, but we were still awed by the beauty in Southern Utah. Our three night stay allowed us to visit Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, plus the Valley of Fire state park (NV) on our way back to the airport. Dave was an attentive and helpful host when we needed something. We appreciated his advice about the surrounding area, where he has much experience. We highly recommend Red Rock Hacienda.

Perfect place to stay, not very far from Bryce Canyon. Very clean and comfortable! And very nice host!

I stay in Kanab every time I drive through Utah. This has been the nicest place I’ve stayed in. I will try to always stay here in the future. Very lovely.

Flagstone Boutique and Suites was the perfect place to stay while in Kanab! Cozy, comfortable room right next to Peekaboo Canyon Wood-Fired Kitchen, which is absolutely one of the very best places to eat in Kanab. We were able to walk everywhere in town, including the awesome Farmer's Market at Kanab Center. Very enjoyable stay, and we hope to stay again soon!

Very accommodating! We need to check in early and they changed our rooms to make it possible. Close to town. Comfy beds and amazing water pressure!! So nice after a sandy afternoon ATVing. Nice outside area. Would definitely come back!!

Great location. Quiet place even though it’s near busy restaurant and Main Street. We ate at the restaurant there one evening and enjoyed their food. The freezer didn’t work properly as ice cubes we made beverages froze. But fridge worked fine. Kitchen was perfect for making our meals as we cooked in most of the time. Water pressure in the shower was great and appreciated that there was shampoo and conditioner as I brought my own soap, but not those. Overall it was a good place to stay and met our needs. Good value and accommodates two just fine.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great close to shops and restaurants. Nicely appointed, wish they stocked tea and our neighbors were a little inconsiderate. All in all nice stay and the restaurant was nice too. Looking forward to returning in warmer months for hiking. Thank you!

This was a great place to return to after a long day adventuring. So many amazing things to see in this corner of Utah that we stayed here for a week and made this little house our home. The kitchen was perfect to cook at home and the location is so close to town if you decide to go out instead. The hot tub was a main reason for booking this location but it was sadly "under repairs" when we asked about it with "no maintenance on site". That was a bummer and would have loved that to have been included on the listing. Also worth mentioning, the bedroom wall is shared with another unit so if you are a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs. Otherwise you'll be real familiar with how often you're neighbors use the bathroom at night. It's also right next to a main road which isn't shown in the photos. Overall this place is perfect for setting up a home away from home while seeing all the beauty Utah offers. Make sure to visit Best Friends Sanctuary!

Great stay for 3 nights. We lucked out and booked the private casita and it was a treat. My only complaint is that the WiFi didn’t work well for me. Booted me off and disappeared, but luckily I was here to disconnect. It just nice to have when service is low. The space and location were lovely, and the hosts responded quickly to any questions I had. I’d absolutely book here again!

What a lovely spot - cozy and cute as heck. The walls are thin but that's part of the roadside motel charm. Everything was clean and the layered lighting was superb. Climate controlled and a comfortable bed. We'd love to stay again.

Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay with our family of 5. It's a new building in a quiet development with a lot of new construction. Nice location, not too far from Zion, and on the way to Bryce Canyon and points east. One small quirk is that, although there is a wall between the main room and the bathroom, the whole space shares a single ceiling, so light and sound will travel from the bathroom to the rest of the space. It was fine for our family, but good to be aware of it.

Good value! The townhouse was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Great place close enough to Zion and Bryce Canyon! Host was great at answering questions and left the light on for us which made it easy to find when we arrived in the dark.

Happy was ready to give recommendations…from hiking to great restaurants selections. Definitely would stay again when I make my way back to Kanab 😊
