Vacation rentals with beach access in Kampos Marathokampou

We had a wonderful stay st Despina’s House. The position was perfect, with expansive views of the harbour and the hills around Vathi. Would certainly come again.

Vicky was super helpful from minute 1 and always responsive. She also gives great massages so make sure to book one with her. Vicky and her family make you feel right at home but you’ll still have all the peace and quiet that goes along with the beautiful location just a little bit outside Kokkari. Which we find perfect as we don’t like to be in the bustling city center. Thank you for a great time, Vicky!

Better than this can't be. The location was TOP: in front of the door the beach, and next to the apartment a supermarket and the bar of the owners themselves where you can have breakfast and have a drink in the evening. Great folks. Many thanks Lynn and Nikolas!!

I had a very nice time in Agios Konstantinos! I made some beautiful hikes nearby. I had a map and a Dutch hking guide, but I was happy to find an English hiking guide in the appartment! And I had a very nice dinner in one of the mountain villages, in one of the restaurants the host suggested.

Stella was very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and communication went smoothly. Welcome gifts were waiting for me in the studio. The view from the studio is fantastic, the location is quiet and yet only a few minutes away from a restaurant, a small store and hiking trails. The sea is on the doorstep. I would come here again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much!

Especially the location was great. We could walk everywhere. A very peaceful and beautiful area. We received very quick responses to our questions and requests. A helpful host. We would definitely choose it again.

This was such a great house with a perfect host! We have stayed there as two families and Erini helped us with all our needs from child-proofing the house to sleeping arrangements. She was very friendly, very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. House has a big garden and a nice beach just outside. It has all the amenities you can ask for. It’s a newly renovated house with a clean interior. I would strongly recommend it for everyone, especially to families.

Elefteria is a great host and very friendly. She has a supermarket under the house and you can find anything there. Definitely worth visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay at Stamatis place! Koumeika has been the best location for us - you can explore all island from here, it's an authentic, beautiful village without many tourists and the people are very welcoming. You have a great restaurant, cafe and mini market in town. the apartment has an amazing view , is perfectly equipped and very clean. Stamatis is a great host, was very helpful and friendly and has the best advice on where to go and what to do on the island. Thanks for verything Stamatis, we truely loved our stay!

Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.

Had the most wonderful stay at the Yellow House! Mili is so beautiful and quaint with lovely people 😊 Katri and Siina are the most wonderful and helpful hosts, Siina is just amazing and made me feel so welcome during my 2 week stay ✨️thank you so much again. Everything was perfect and so homely and comfortable 🥰

Stellia and Gianis were the most welcoming and wonderful hosts we have ever encountered. Warm and generous to a fault we didn't feel like guests at their place; they treated us like family. Stellia communicated with us in English, Greek, and most often in French. At one point during our stay Gianis went into the sea and spear fished an octopus that he and Stellia prepared for our dinner. I only hope that we can continue to enjoy their company in the future. They brought us several meals, in fact, made some breakfast Greek coffee and homemade lemonade and compote. Couldn't have had a more enjoyable stay. I wish we had scheduled more time to stay with them.

Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

First of all the host is great, responsive, friendly. The house is more than as it is described. Very clean, tidy, central area, lots of offerings, snacks, drinks. The Parking lot is also very important that this hous offers. Hardly to find a parking space in the narrow roads. You may walk down the city center in minutes. For sum up, it is more than it's worth. Beyond expectations.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

The apartment was fantastic, exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was present, and more. The apartment is located in the middle of lively Kokkari, but you are not bothered by noise because of the beautiful location. Hadi was a fantastic host, very welcoming, and gave us good tips on restaurants. The adopted cat Tiger was also a cozy extra while we sat on our terrace. We definitely recommend Hadi's apartment!!

This was a bright, roomy apartment with multiple windows for fresh air and viewing. It is in a location that catches sea breezes, reducing need for AC. We particularly liked that it was an easy walk into the center of Fourni.

We stayed 12 nights, we alternated days away from home and days at the beach in front of the house. The time at the beach, including umbrella and sunbeds available to guests (without having to pay for them) was very relaxing, the sea a couple of days not great probably because of the current but the other days it was very clean!! There are even fish as soon as you enter the water, the house is cleaned every 2 days with a change of sheets and towels. In the minimarket area and Pitagorion district 5 minutes by car, where you have a lot of choice of restaurants. It's nice to walk outside along the sea adjacent to the house. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. Recommended, to go back.

This is a little gem of a place! A little bohemian and relaxing with beautiful views of both sea & mountain. The pool is fabulous but as the lovely beach is a 5 minute walk you are spoiled for choice. The bathroom was the only slight issue, clean & adequate but very small. I will definitely be coming back.

The family is super sweet and welcoming. They cared very much that we had a great stay and we felt at home in their company.
