Ja is a super host! Responsive, pro-active, considerate, helpful and kind. The villa is ideal, better than described. The views are fantastic, it has everything you need, the location is great and it was squeeky-clean on arrival. Very highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had deliberately booked a small home and thought it was great to find so much private outdoor space with olive trees and figs. The garden invites you to spend the whole day outside alternating with the nearest beaches, which can also be reached quickly by car. Sandra was a very friendly and always available hostess.

The apartment is great, really spacious and exactly like on the pictures. The kitchen is well equiped, we didn't miss anything. The beach is only a couple of minutes away too. Cvetomir was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay, thank you for everything!

The house is beautiful, it matches the published photos, but live is even more beautiful. We found it very clean, and really super equipped, from the robot vacuum cleaner to all the possible utensils for the kitchen, many dishes, cups, glasses, knives of all kinds, there is even the capuccinator. The hot tub is wonderful. The location is really great to reach all the beaches of the island in a short time. A 5’ drive away there are many very well-stocked supermarkets. Josko was the best host I've ever met. Welcome gifts, a history lesson of his past, a few glasses of wine together (he really knows about wine) and a tractor ride rounded off our holiday experience.

This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! The villa had so much space, private sections to sleep in, fresh fruits growing, lovely pool, and close to the beach. The hosts were the friendliest people and provided anything we needed. We loved it so much that we hardly left while we were there!

I warmly recommend staying in Villa Akulica. The accommodation with its beautiful sea view and well equipped pool area ensures a great experience. Additionally, Predrag (Host) was available at all time for questions or helpful tips for activities. All in all a very beautiful house which I definitely recommend for vacation trips.

the two of us had a great week here. Upon our arrival, the place was very nicely prepared, cleaned and we felt right at home. Everything necessary is available everywhere. From necessary things such as towels, plates, cutlery, sufficient and various glasses, and cooking utensils; to great extras such as blender, coffee maker, grill tongs, wood, water carafe, bathrobes and much more. As a result, we were able to really enjoy our vacation and didn't have to take care of anything. The living rooms themselves are lovingly furnished and there is plenty of space. The garden is beautiful and decorated with lots of herbs, flowers and plants. It's just a pity that he is not directly connected to the house but you always have to go out to the street to get into the garden. But that's not a real problem. The view from the house and the garden is mega.The journey leads via a gravel road and is a little more difficult. We had a great time.

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)

Super nice people, I can recommend it to anyone. Price - performance is definitely right! We were greeted on the second evening with self-grilled fish and side dishes. After our car broke down at the time of departure, help was provided directly without hesitation. We will be back!! :-)

From the beginning, everything worked out and the entire place was as in the photos! Very clean and tidy!! There were all utensils for living in the house (coffee machine, dishes, silverware, kettle, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets, sufficient toilet paper, etc.). We felt like at home and was the most relaxing holiday in a long time. Yes, it's a bit to go to the beach but totally doable! Restaurants close by very well! Definitely an absolute recommendation for us!

It was perfect. Nothing else to say. Vedran is very nice guy and always available. We will be back again.

In a word: spectacular! This house is located 900 meters altitude in the mountains on the edge of Velebit National Park, 20 mins drive from Senj. So for groceries you have to go there by car. From the house and terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Kvarner Islands. For those who love peace and nature, this is the place. You can only imagine yourself in the world, with the friendly parents of Milan, the host, as neighbors. The house is simple, and exudes the atmosphere of a wooden mountain house, but is all the comforts. From the house you can take beautiful hikes or bike rides. And it is a good base to visit the Plitvice Lakes (1 hour drive). Unfortunately, it was very rainy the three days we were there, but the cozy wood-burning stove and indoor yacuzi with a view more than made up for. It was nice coming home after our days outdoors. Filip communicates quickly and friendly. Milan warmly welcomed us with a grappa and a personal tour.

Great hosts, beautiful location. Everything was as good as we expected. Would gladly recommend.
