Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

We really enjoyed our staying in the apartment. The host is helpful and rightly available to solve any problem. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the location is excellent. Grocery and bakery are in 10 meters, some restaurants and the beach are just a few minutes walk away. It is Very well recommended for a vacation either with friends or family.

We had a wonderful stay on the island of Rab. The house is only 2 minutes walk from the beach – the perfect location for a relaxing bathing holiday. It was particularly pleasant that there were no direct neighbors, so we could enjoy our time completely undisturbed. The house was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely be happy to come back! Definitely recommend!

A good place to stay for the cost, very kind hosts, bedding and towels are very clean and we replaced them in the middle of our vacation, there are all the necessary utensils and a stove with an oven. The nearest beach is no more than 5 minutes away, there is a small supermarket and several restaurants in the town. The only downside is the property is close to an active road. The town itself is small, but here you can find yourself something to do, climb the mountain, swim to the island (kayaks, catamarans, boards) or just lay on the beach or have cocktails, smoothies, coffee at the cafe by the beach. In half an hour by car you can take the ferry to Rab Island, it will take a little more than an hour to get on the bridge to Krk Island.

The apartment is located very well and quietly in the second row with a sunny courtyard and a great roof terrace with jacuzzi. It's a two-minute walk to the center, which is especially great after a busy day. The apartment is as in the pictures, we had not used the basement, there are two bathrooms and there was space for 5 people, which we liked very much. From the roof terrace you have a view of the mountains. Sanda is very easy to reach and will get back to you quickly if you have any questions, we thought that was very good. This place is highly recommended. Thanks again for everything Sanda.

Me and my boyfriend’s family stayed at Klenovica for 5 days and we truly loved Božena’s apartment! Everything was very clean and it was truly a wonderful place to come back to after a long day of swimming and sunbathing :)). Although it was on a bit of a hill, I don’t it is anything you couldn’t handle and the view from the balcony afterwards is so worth it! We would come back anytime! :))

I had a wonderful stay at Ana's place and highly recommend. The apartment offers a beautiful view from two balconies. Here I could enjoy the sunrise every day. The cleanliness of the apartment was spotless and it was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Particularly impressive was the proximity to a beautiful bay, ideal for swimming and relaxing. In addition, many other picturesque coves are easily accessible. The cute little harbor nearby is perfect for an evening walk and offers numerous opportunities for activities such as cycling and boat tours. The surrounding area is also ideal for excursions. A special thank you goes to the attentive hostess, who even picked me up from the ferry, showed me the apartment and gave me many valuable tips for my stay. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall perfect for relaxing holidays!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

The place is just magical! Everything perfectly clean, Marina and Famielie are all super nice and warm! We got many tips for the area without asking. The beds are extremely comfortable and the highlight is definitely the sunset on the balcony, as well as the fantastic garden with fresh khaki, pomegranates and much more. When we booked Klaudia’s place a few months ago, Cres was just a name on a map—but what we found was a hidden gem. Beli village is truly special: full of soul, history, and wild, untouched beauty. We hiked through ancient olive groves, swam in quiet coves, and watched griffon vultures soaring overhead. The nature here is unforgettable. The house was perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Our children loved the jacuzzi, and we enjoyed meals out on the terrace every day, blessed with beautiful weather. Aaron was so kind and helpful—waiting up for us when we arrived late and helping with our bags. And thank you to Klaudia for checking in when we missed the last ferry from Brestova. (A tip for future guests: check ferry schedules in advance—we didn’t, and had to drive an extra 1.5 hours in the dark to Valbiska. Thankfully, we still made it across.) We came looking for rest and are leaving with full hearts. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

We recommend a beautiful place to stay by the beach, my husband and I had a great time. But you have to keep in mind that if you have a lot of luggage, it's not a few steps from the car to the accommodation, but you also go up the stairs, but nothing I think is an obstacle. We'd love to come back to Tanja. But 💜 next time at 4. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒
