An old traditional house built on 17th century, totally renovated on the early of 2015 We managed to design and built 4 total completed & separated appartments with different colors, architecture design and decoration. We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

During calmer days enjoy your own quiet swimming area only two minutes walking distance from the house. All other days enjoy the organised beach only two kilometres away. We recommend you rent a motor vehicle to cover the vast distances between the sights.

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

You'll definately enjoy the sunset, your privacy and the sound of nature.

Casa Rosanna cozy beachfront cottage

Stylish, fully-equipped cottage right in front of the beach of Armenistis. Comfortably fits 3 persons, but can sleep up to 5 persons (see description below). Magnificent sea view, excellent location. Just a 1-minute walk to the sandy beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, souvenir shops. 2-minute drive to Messakti & Livadi beach, 10 min. to Christos Raches, 20 min. to Evdilos harbour, 75 min. to airport.

Freshly refurbished studio in Armenistis, located in the historic centre of the village and next to the villages beach. Supermarket, restaurants and everything you may need are walking distance. Wifi, air condition and a fully equipped kitchen are making this a perfect vacation place. As my family has there own gardens and chicken, we will supply with some fresh goodies to accompany your meals.

In this new house, leave behind all worries and hassles. Enjoy the picturesque view and sunset from the large balcony of the house. If you're a nature lover, then this is the perfect place for you. The house is spacious, suitable for large groups as there are three bedrooms and two large balconies. The house is 1.5km from Christos Rachon which is the center of the North side of the island.

Mylos View

Welcome to the pirate island,Mylos Apartment with the endless view and the constant wind is just 1 minute from the center with vehicle or 6 minutes from the sidewalk.

Traditional windmill

The windmill is an independent house. It consists of two floors. On the first floor is the living room with kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor is the bedroom. It 's about 1,5 km from the town of Fournoi Korseon, about 10 minutes walk. Also at a distance of 1 Km is the beautiful beach of Kambi. It has a road to the house that you can reach by car.

The house is located within the village of Armenistis at a point that allows quick access 2-5 minutes away from shopping points such as: supermarkets, souvenirs, etc. In addition, in dining and leisure areas such as: bars, cafes, pastry shops, etc. Armenistis beach is about 3 minutes walk and Livadi beach about 10 minutes.
