It is a very cozy space made our stay very comfortable . Everything was perfect, from the clean and tidy accommodations to the little details that showed Nami’s care. Highly recommended!!

Thank you Toshi and Reiko! My husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time in your apartment by the sea. We loved the space, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed and more! If you like surfing this is a great spot, right in front of Usami beach, and you can rent surf boards and gear at a nearby shop. We adored Usami, with easy access to Ito and Atami, and all attractions in the area (Jogasaki Coast, Mt Omuro, Mt Fuji and more!). We especially loved the local restaurants and, our favorite was the bento shop by the train station, the best!!! We would love to come back some day :)

Very clean and well-designed space. The onsen access was a special, authentic treat! The personalized advice I received about local walks and places to visit was extremely appreciated. This is a great resource.

I stayed with my wife and daughter.Unfortunately, it rained and I couldn't see the moon, but it made me think it would have been nice to see the moon from the rooftop. The building itself is old, but it was remodeled everywhere.I was grateful for the covered parking lot. It is also recommended for fishing lovers. The sound of the waves was quite loud, so some people may bother you when you sleep. It was spacious and had a washing machine, so unlike a ryokan, etc., it was easy to wash and go home. It was surrounded by a small hot spring town. I will stay there again.

Staying at the Bleu Clair was absolutely wonderful, Noriko made she we were so well taken care of, even touring us around the seaside and helping us get in and out of the Shimoda center. The entire home is just wonderful, with the most incredible view, full amenities, warm in the winter, and just the most lovely place to stay. We walked every day to the beach and explored some of Noriko's recommendations, and really Shimoda and Noriko's home are both hidden gems! We can't recommend enough. Thank you Noriko for everything!

There was nothing in the section where the accommodation was, and it was a really private place.

My husband and I had 3 great nights at Hill Top house. It was certainly dramatic excentuated by our arrival in the dark on the first night and waking in the morning to glorious sunshine and stunning views out to the Pacific, not to mention the monkey troop walking along the tree line behind the house. The house is as described and is a modernist gem. We would not hesitate to stay again. We only wished we had booked it for longer.

I stayed here for three days for sightseeing in Higashiizu. The house was spacious and I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay with the kids. As far as I asked before I left, I thought it was difficult to understand because it was going through a narrow road, but when I actually went up the hill, the road was no problem with running in a minivan, and it was a place to remember quickly. It is very convenient to go all over the north and south, so it is recommended for those who want to stay for a long time. Thank you very much.

I used it as a family of two, but it was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and I enjoyed cooking.

Beautiful house in a quiet area where you can enjoy the sound of the ocean and various song birds!

We stayed in this lovely home just outside of town, nestled in nature, for one month and felt right at home. Abhi is a most generous and considerate host, he helped us out from start to finish and made sure we had the best time in the Shimoda area. You do not need a car if staying here as the beach and a couple of restaurants are only about a 10 min walk from the house and convenience store about 20 minutes and a couple more good restaurants / bars about 35 minutes. But if you want to visit more sites in the area or go to the grocery store we'd recommend a car. The main reason we were visiting the area was to dive with the huge schools of Hammerhead sharks just off the coast here. Without a car the dive center can pick you up. I used it very clean and comfortable. I was very grateful that there was a drum washing machine.

Everything is beautiful. The TV was also large, and there were two, which was great!

I stayed after diving in Ito.The owner is an architect who designed it, and it was a spacious and stylish room.There was only a shower, so it would be nice if there was a bath as well, to help ease the fatigue.
