It was great that we couldn't find anything about the cleanliness, BBQ facilities, pools, amenities, and more.Sometimes the host was a very nice person, so I had a pleasant stay.

A wonderful place. It was our second stay at this property, and we’ll come back again. Going swimming and then jumping in the hot tub after was wonderful. Hiromi made us feel like we were family. Highly recommend.

The response was good, the host was very pleasant, and we enjoyed the barbecue and sauna. I'd love to stay again in a large group.

The house was spacious and clean. Great outdoor space and walkable to beautiful white sand beach. Pool table was a big plus.

It was a great escape to nature and beach to unwind and relax. The host was so kind and helpful, we enjoyed the BBQ, Breakfast, YOGA, beach front! The onsen was interesting lets say with alot of spiders and bugs and crabs, one huge spider the size of my hand started walking towards us in the onsen so we left as kids were scared. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding beaches and the area. This beach is definitely the best beach in Shimoda and the cave was spectacular.

Nice, comfortable big house with all facilities you need. The kitchen is well equipped as we never found on our Japan tour like this. Our children loved the big garden to play. We really can recommend this place.

It was my first summer vacation for my family after COVID-19. In a nutshell, great!!! Fantastic!!! Surrounded by mountains, the sea, and rivers, nature is really beautiful.People like me who live in the big city have escaped to places like this, and it was an unforgettable trip. The weather was unstable due to the typhoon, but on the other hand, the waves were so powerful that we couldn't take our eyes off.For those who are surfing, I thought it was the best fit. The seaside was right in front of my eyes, and when I liked it, I came to the beach and took a deep breath while relieving stress.This time, on a trip with pets, the dog was fine, and I ran around the beach and played. For pet owners, this is a reassuring place! Around the location, there are many restaurants and coffee shops. There is a lot of gratitude to the staff, including the landlord's guardhouse and his wife. They politely answered any question.My daughter is interested in yoga and the guardhouse (wife) They kindly taught me experience lessons by the sea.Thank you very much. The BBQ grill seemed to have a slightly weak flame, but otherwise it was perfect!

We stayed with 10 people, including two infants, one kindergarten, and one elementary school student.The living room, balcony, bath, and kitchen were all spacious, comfortable and fulfilling. Especially the BBQ on the balcony was great and the equipment was great and comfortable.There was also a business dishwasher, which was helpful because the burden of washing was small. There are 4 bedrooms, including the Japanese-style room, and it is comfortable for multiple families. The espresso machine in the living room was also good. I'd love to stay again.

Lovely Accommodation in a very calm and beautiful area in the mountains with a great view to the sea!

It was a one day stay. Unfortunately, the weather was not great, but we enjoyed the BBQ. The sauna and bath were amazing. I thought it was an environment where you wouldn't have to say anything if the weather was good. I want to use it again.

It was nice to be able to take a walk easily because it was close to the Kinosaki Coast.

I came on a trip with a friend from college for the first time in a long time, and he was a member who loved karaoke, so it was a really fun and happy time.I would love to have slippers for the veranda!

We stayed as a group of 13 people, the Host was very nice, explained everything very clearly online before we checked in, very patient, we arrived late due to the time difference when we arrived in Japan, the Host waited for us and greeted us in person, the service attitude was also very good, explained how to use the room in detail, one night there was a problem with the water heater, it was solved in 15 minutes, the facilities inside were very complete, especially the kitchen and terrace were my favorite, everything was there, the beer provided was very good, it would be better if there was a washing machine to wash clothes, the surrounding Osakayama, zoo, Kinosaki coast were also very close, I hope to have the opportunity to go again, thank you for your hospitality.

Simply an outstanding stay! The villa is located directly on the coastline of Shimoda, and the pictures hardly do it justice. The interior is spotless, well furnished, and built with high quality finishes. The beds are comfortable and clean. Visitors should be aware that the unit is on two stories with the bathroom/bedroom on the second level. And drying clothes was somewhat of a challenge; there is no electric dryer, but a hanging rack is provided. Overall, we are very satisfied and would highly recommend!

There was plenty of space in the room, and there were all the cooking utensils and amenities, so I had a comfortable stay. The grill for the BBQ was also ready to use. There are few street lights around, so it's safe to move before the sun goes down.

The hot spring, which was the main purpose, was a good size and I was able to relax!I didn't mind the smell of the sauna like it was written by someone else.We enjoyed it with the jacuzzi.The view is also good, you can see the sea and Mt. Omuro.The only car was a bit of a struggle to get in and out.If you have a companion, you might want to have a look at it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Izu! The home was very comfortable and within easy walking distance to the beach, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The nearby small restaurants were charming, and the locals were incredibly welcoming and kind. One tip for future guests: the closest grocery store is a few minutes away by car, so it’s a good idea to stock up on essentials before checking in. One of the highlights for us was the separate bathhouse, ideal for winding down after a beach day and perfect for families with small children. This was a fantastic destination for quality family time, and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

The house is truly amazing!We stayed in a beachfront private villa in Izu/Ito, and the overall experience was very satisfactory.The house is modernly designed, clean and complete with all the amenities.The most surprising is the heated pool with a view of the ocean during the day, and the pool atmosphere under the lights at night is superb📸.
