There is no washing machine or towels, so it's inconvenient. The view and room size were good.

It was great that we couldn't find anything about the cleanliness, BBQ facilities, pools, amenities, and more.Sometimes the host was a very nice person, so I had a pleasant stay.

The response was good, the host was very pleasant, and we enjoyed the barbecue and sauna. I'd love to stay again in a large group.

Very nice, reasonably priced place. Super clean, almost new feeling place. We all felt immediately at home and comfortable. Each room has comfortable beds and a small bathroom with shower/tub and toilet. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil we needed, convection oven/microwave, big fridge, toaster, kettle, etc. We couldn't take advantage of the nice outdoor area because of the poor weather, but there's a big grill and outdoor seating available. The pool table was our biggest source of entertainment while stuck inside. Highly recommended.

It was a great escape to nature and beach to unwind and relax. The host was so kind and helpful, we enjoyed the BBQ, Breakfast, YOGA, beach front! The onsen was interesting lets say with alot of spiders and bugs and crabs, one huge spider the size of my hand started walking towards us in the onsen so we left as kids were scared. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding beaches and the area. This beach is definitely the best beach in Shimoda and the cave was spectacular.

The house and its garden are in great condition. You're surrounded by serene and quiet nature, and the beaches are a quick walk (or an even quicker drive) away. Our group had a truly wonderful time!

One of the most beautiful places I have ever booked. We wished we stayed longer! The host was very helpful, they booked multiple taxis for us to get back to the station.

We were a large group of 13 people from 3 generations. The host couple was very kind and the facilities were well-equipped. Both the children and adults had a very satisfying stay. I'd love to go again someday.

Very very good

Gorgeous cabin with hot spring water bathtub. It's a bit of a drive with lots of turns, but the view from the terrace was worth it. We had a great time!

Used by 12 young people from the company.The speed of response, the cleanliness of the facility, the equipment, and the fact that it is great for large groups, all of these are highly rated and reasonable.Repeat visits are inevitable.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Although the home wasn’t in a very walkable area, it was just what our family needed after a lot of travel - a clean, immaculate home with beautiful views. The sauna was an extra bonus!!!

Simply an outstanding stay! The villa is located directly on the coastline of Shimoda, and the pictures hardly do it justice. The interior is spotless, well furnished, and built with high quality finishes. The beds are comfortable and clean. Visitors should be aware that the unit is on two stories with the bathroom/bedroom on the second level. And drying clothes was somewhat of a challenge; there is no electric dryer, but a hanging rack is provided. Overall, we are very satisfied and would highly recommend!

There was plenty of space in the room, and there were all the cooking utensils and amenities, so I had a comfortable stay. The grill for the BBQ was also ready to use. There are few street lights around, so it's safe to move before the sun goes down.

A wonderful place with great view! Kids enjoyed the hot tub, onsen and sauna. Great place for family 👍

We had a great stay, within a few minutes walk you are on the beach. We could hear the ocean from the house. Everything in the house was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped to make us feel at home. We appreciated the tea and coffee too! We can't wait to come back in summer.

This place was the epitome of peaceful. We loved our stay so much and would definitely come back. Host was wonderful, helpful, responsive and friendly. The view is gorgeous and the house is loaded with amenities. Not house related, but just as a tip, it was sometimes difficult to get a taxi if you do not have your own car. That would not deter us from staying at this amazing place again! Absolutely stunning!

The host was very kind and friendly. The photos are accurate, the house and the surrounding area is beautiful. It is well worth the money to stay here. The house was extremely clean, it was so nice I did not want to leave.

It was a good space to enjoy BBQing and fireworks with friends.However, the location was not a very good part of the land of Izu, but it was not very good.You can't go without a car, but it's hard to get there by car.
