What a gem: both house and host! Andreas created a private sanctuary in this green heaven away from noise, traffic and crowds. Besides being a wonderful person, he generously provided us with more than we could ever have expected: juices, cookies, snacks, welcome drinks, and a full bar (although we’re not drinkers, it was well appreciated) This home is made for winding down, relaxation and disconnecting. We enjoyed every moment of it and would gladly return.

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι του Νικόλα ήταν εξαιρετική, το σπίτι υπέροχο, καλαίσθητο, ευρύχωρο για 8 άτομα, καθαρό και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Αράχωβας. Η επικοινωνία μας με το Νικόλα ήταν άψογη. Προτείνουμε το σπίτι κ τον οικοδεσπότη ανεπιφύλακτα

The hosts where very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the house as a group of ten people. There was enough space for everyone and it’s also possible to keep a little distance as well if needed. The view from the house on the sea and the surrounding area are stunning. The pool is a great all day alternative to the sea. Even though just a quick walk down the hill there are small beaches which are mostly only used by locals and where relatively quiet. The house offered everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and it offers also big outdoor kitchen for a bbq. There is also a big terras especially nice for a sunset gathering. We where quite isolated there and where almost the only guests in the area. We very much enjoyed this peace and quiet but bear in mind that for the next bigger city or any others bigger attraction you might have to drive for quite a while. The small town has a supermarket and a choice of good restaurants though, so you should be covered.

Uzun zamandır tanışıyormuşuz samimiyetiyle ilgilendiler bizimle. Evde herşey düşünülmüştü. Eksik hiçbirşey yoktu. Deneyimli ev sahipleri oldukları çok belliydi. Doğa ile iç içe harika 3 gün geçirdik. Herkese tavsiyemdir. Tatilinizi olduğundan güzel hale getireceğine eminim. 2 ev arasında kalmış iseniz tercihiniz burası olsun. 6 kişiydik 3 çocuğumuzla çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler .. Umarım birgün yeniden.. 🙏🏼

Others already talked about functionality and practicality. I will talk about the impression. The moment you enter the spacious yard, you are in some movie scene. Old olive trees all around the path leading to the house, smell of conifers, fresh air and stunning, amazing view, wherever you look. The house itself is a testimony of a brave man who built a home for his family. Every single detail speaks about love, honor, pride and enjoyment of life. It is calm and peaceful there. Energizing and relaxing at the same time. Everything is fragrant and airy. Dimitra is a caring, unobtrusive host and we are immensely grateful to her for everything

Brilliant place very highly recommended and as described. We had a great time at the villa. The photos do not do it justice. Minor points would be slow WiFi, don’t plan on watching movies! Kitchen was good, however, Washing powder, rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets would be a nice touch, especially for a short stay.

Ένα από τα ωραιότερα chalet στην Αράχωβα. Πλήρως εξόπλισμενο, καθαρό. Πολύ άνετο και ευρύχωρο. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει για το οτιδήποτε. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε, γιατί περάσαμε εξαιρετικά!

Communication with the owner prior to arrival was excellent. To all my questions, I was almost immediately answered, re-evaluate - truthfully. The journey from Athens to the place The place is very friendly, the people are nice and kominkativní. Sea is 50 steps from the sea (exactly) beach as you provide our family used is about 30 steps dále.Moře is very, very clean and pleasant. In early July mněla perfect temperature. Regarding the house for our family (two adults and three children) - perfect. In the lower part we slept, the upper part used as a living area, a kitchen and a large terrace comfortable. The house was all that was needed, if necessary, washing machine (which is always useful with children ...) The place is very quiet, full of olive trees. There is no trade, it is necessary to commute 10 km away Achillio (from the owner we could use the car for a small fee on gasoline). Here you can buy almost everything. Most have praised the meat from the local butcher. Not far away, were also purchased from fishermen freshly caught fish. The place is pleasant summer bar, but we did not use too much - on the beaches were nicer kids :)). The Space I recommend to visit !!!

Margarita and Ilia’s farmhouse is a charming retreat nestled in a serene pomegranate field, offering breathtaking views and complete tranquility. From the start, Margarita was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to our questions. Their warm welcome made us feel at home right away. The house is impeccably clean, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and beautifully designed with a unique and cozy aesthetic. The fireplace added to the warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. Perched on a small hill, the house provides stunning views of the surrounding landscape, with pomegranate trees all around and a forest beginning just behind the property. The peaceful setting made our stay truly relaxing. Margarita also recommended a wonderful seaside tavern where we enjoyed fresh fish—a great local touch to our experience. We highly recommend their home and will definitely be returning!

100/10! ❤️ 3 weken verbleven in het huis van Mania. Alles wat een mens nodig heeft is aanwezig.. en het uitzicht vanaf het terras is magisch.. mis het nu al.. Mania, dank je voor de geweldige tips! Je bent een topper! Ik kom zeker een keer terug :). liefs, Fatima ❤️

Τι να πρωτοπώ γι αυτό το σπίτι.....!!!!!Είναι ακριβώς όπως το δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες και ακόμα καλύτερο.Έχει όλες τις προδιαγραφές για να μείνει μεγάλη οικογένεια αλλά και δύο οικογένειες αν το θελήσουν. Οι οικοδεσπότες άψογοι. Εξυπηρετικοί σε όλα και διακριτικοί.Δίπλα μας σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε και άμεση επίλυση σε ότι προέκυψε.Το σπίτι εξαιρετικό,πεντακάθαρο, με υπέροχη διακόσμηση και με όλες τις ανέσεις.Οι οικοδεσπότες έχουν προβλέψει και την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια για να μην σου λείψει τίποτα και να νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου.Τίποτα από όλα αυτά όμως δεν συγκρίνεται με την υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο του Θεολόγου.....!!!!!! Όλα υπέροχα, μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και εννοείται πως και την επόμενη φορά θα κάνουμε εκεί τις διακοπές μας!Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Υπέροχοι άνθρωποι, όλο ευγένεια και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση σε έναν χώρο ήσυχο, καθαρό, με πολύ πράσινο και μαγευτική θέα. Είναι βέβαιο ότι θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά.

Υπέροχο κουκλίστικο σπιτι,με φανταστική θέα, πανω στην θάλασσα. Η Ρανια ευγενέστατη, γλυκύτατη ακόμη και απο την τηλεφωνική συνομιλία μας. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Περάσαμε ένα τετραήμερο τέλειο... Ειταν ακριβώς όπως το περιγράφει και ακόμα καλύτερα θα έλεγα... Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και η Οικοδέσποινα μας περίμενε με το χαμόγελο της και ειταν σαν να γνωριζόμαστε χρόνια...Στο σπίτι δεν λείπει απόλυτος τίποτα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια...Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα ξαναπάμε....Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία..

Avant tout, parlons de la maison. Une vraie perle. Tout simplement magnifique. La piscine fait ~6.5 x 4.25m pour une profondeur ~1.2m à 2.2m Une large terrasse très fonctionnelle, entoure la moitié avant de la maison, et une petite a l’abri du soleil pour des petits déjeuners en fraicheur côté foret. Jardin parfaitement entretenu, propre, sans aucun vis-à-vis. Portail électrique et allée marbrée, offre un visuel immédiatement envoutant et de haut standing. Un espace couvert dédié au barbecue est disponible, avec une table centrale pouvant accueillir 6 personnes (voir plus), apporte une touche supplémentaire très agréable et conviviale à cette maison magnifique. Intérieur irréprochable de propreté, décoré avec goût et sans accès ni de modernité, ni trop rustique. Cuisine ouverte, 2 WC et douche + baignoire. Literie irréprochable et super confortable. Parlons un peu de la région... Le village de Prokopi: Selon nous, le village le plus sympa de la région. Une place centrale accueillent plusieurs restaurants, et commerces. On y trouve des boulangeries, mini market, tabac, bouchers,... Laissez votre auto dur la place, et en quelques pas de-ci, de-là et vous aurez fait vos emplettes. Notez que le miel de la région est réputé, (de même que le thym, sauf erreur), et de nombreux autres produits sont proposés tous locaux ou régional. Quant aux prix, on s’imaginait qu’ils seraient un peu plus haut, mais il n’en est rien. La région vie avant tout de son économie locale entre résidents locaux ou régionaux. Seul petit reproche à faire: les restaurants (de prokopi) ne proposent pas (tous) de carte, ou elle ne sont pas traduites. Cela rend parfois les commandes délicates et ont passe à côté de certain mets que nous aurions aimés commander lorsqu’on les voit passer sous notre nez pour la table d’à côté :-) Mais c’est un détail... Activité dans la région: De nombreuses plages se trouvent de 15min (en auto) a 35min. Elles sont toutes sympathiques, mer propre, services sur plage. La plupart sont faites de mini pierre, ou petits galets mêlée au sable puis sable fin dans l’eau. Pas de bobo aux pieds donc. Autre chose importante, les plages ne sont pas bondées de monde. Vous y trouverez facilement des places. Et le plus important, vous ne payez pas les chaises longue et parasols. Installez vous, un garçon de plage passera vous demander si vous souhaitez a boire et a manger. Commandez ce que vous désirez et voilà. C’est quand même plus sympa que payer dans le vide... (cela s’applique a toutes les plages visités dans la région) Les routes de la région sont facile et plutôt large. Une berline classique fera l’affaire. Par contre, avec un 4x4 vous pouvez accéder a deux ou trois plages via des chemins de terre/cailloux. Nous avions un Suzuki Jimny 4x4 qui nous a suffit, mais un modèle un peu plus costaud serait plus confortable pour certains passages. Nous avons passés 2 semaines très confortables, que je recommanderais sans hésitez. Nous y retournerions même volontiers. Efi vous accueillera avec soin et attention. N’hésitez pas a poser des questions sur la région, c’est avec plaisir qu’elle vous conseillera. Voilà, j’oublie certainement des choses encore à dire, mais celles-ci, si elles sont manquantes, n’ont seraient de toute façon pas moins positives! Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçu!!!

Η απόλυτη αίσθηση χαλάρωσης και ξεκούρασης. Μια βίλα πάνω στο βουνό με πολύ εύκολη και γρήγορη προσβαση. Το σπίτι παρέχει τα πάντα και η θέα σου κόβει την ανάσα. Βλέπεις θάλασσα,βουνό και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα ,η πισίνα μεγαλη για να απολαύσεις το μπάνιο σου όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας μέχρι και το βράδυ γτ είχε φωτισμό.Οσο για τον Λευτέρη, θα πω ότι είναι ο καλύτερος οικοδεσπότης , επικοινωνιακός και πολύ φιλικός.. Λευτερη σ ευχαριστούμε πολύ....

The place is simply beautiful. breathtaking. The house has everything needed and then sum (like JBL that we could use while in the pool). Nice games for children and adults. Cozy throws in the living room. And the AC worked superbly, which was a concern during these extremely hot days. If we come to the area again, I will definitely try to book this house again. The house keepers (elli and andreas) were also great. thanks for a wonderful vacation

Eine traumhafte Lage und ein bezaubernder ruhiger Ort. Der Pool ist ganz wunderbar und von dort auf die Schiffe und nach Skiathos zu schauen bedeutet Glück! Ioannis ist super freundlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit erreichbar!

Phillipos was in touch answering any questions right from the outset. Getting us a cot and car seat for the hire car. He met us at the airport and helped with our luggage and the hire cars. We then followed him to the villa so no need to try and find it ourselves. He checked us in and gave us a welcome drink, sat down and talked through the villa and area and gave recommendations. He was there and supportive the whole time if we needed anything. Excellent host and thoroughly recommend.

Die Unterkunft entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Sie liegt ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf mit äußerst netten Menschen. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die beiden Pools liegen direkt vor dem Haus und der Strand direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Michael war ein sehr aufmerksamer und äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber der immer erreichbar war und gerne und umgehend auf Fragen geantwortet hat und uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben hat was es in der Umgebung zu entdecken gibt. Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Haus und der Ausstattung und würden jederzeit sofort wieder bei Michael buchen!!!! Einfach nur spitze! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!!!

We like to stay at Alexandros house. The place is placed in a nice location with beautiful souroundings. The beach is very close and you can find grocery and restaurants on foot. Just be advised, if you came here with a baby you have to climb a hill (up to 15 grade) so a (rented) car is a must.
