What a gem: both house and host! Andreas created a private sanctuary in this green heaven away from noise, traffic and crowds. Besides being a wonderful person, he generously provided us with more than we could ever have expected: juices, cookies, snacks, welcome drinks, and a full bar (although we’re not drinkers, it was well appreciated) This home is made for winding down, relaxation and disconnecting. We enjoyed every moment of it and would gladly return.

The hosts where very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the house as a group of ten people. There was enough space for everyone and it’s also possible to keep a little distance as well if needed. The view from the house on the sea and the surrounding area are stunning. The pool is a great all day alternative to the sea. Even though just a quick walk down the hill there are small beaches which are mostly only used by locals and where relatively quiet. The house offered everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and it offers also big outdoor kitchen for a bbq. There is also a big terras especially nice for a sunset gathering. We where quite isolated there and where almost the only guests in the area. We very much enjoyed this peace and quiet but bear in mind that for the next bigger city or any others bigger attraction you might have to drive for quite a while. The small town has a supermarket and a choice of good restaurants though, so you should be covered.

We have been acquainted for a long time, and they took care of us in their sincerity. Everything was considered in the house. There was nothing missing. It was very clear that they were experienced hosts. We had a wonderful 3 days in touch with nature. My advice to everyone. I'm sure it will make your vacation nice since it will be nice. If you are between 2 houses, let this be your choice. We were 6 people and we were very satisfied with our 3 children. Thank you .. I hope someday.. 🙏🏼

perfect location for large groups who want seclusion and quiet

Others already talked about functionality and practicality. I will talk about the impression. The moment you enter the spacious yard, you are in some movie scene. Old olive trees all around the path leading to the house, smell of conifers, fresh air and stunning, amazing view, wherever you look. The house itself is a testimony of a brave man who built a home for his family. Every single detail speaks about love, honor, pride and enjoyment of life. It is calm and peaceful there. Energizing and relaxing at the same time. Everything is fragrant and airy. Dimitra is a caring, unobtrusive host and we are immensely grateful to her for everything

Brilliant place very highly recommended and as described. We had a great time at the villa. The photos do not do it justice. Minor points would be slow WiFi, don’t plan on watching movies! Kitchen was good, however, Washing powder, rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets would be a nice touch, especially for a short stay.

Communication with the owner prior to arrival was excellent. To all my questions, I was almost immediately answered, re-evaluate - truthfully. The journey from Athens to the place The place is very friendly, the people are nice and kominkativní. Sea is 50 steps from the sea (exactly) beach as you provide our family used is about 30 steps dále.Moře is very, very clean and pleasant. In early July mněla perfect temperature. Regarding the house for our family (two adults and three children) - perfect. In the lower part we slept, the upper part used as a living area, a kitchen and a large terrace comfortable. The house was all that was needed, if necessary, washing machine (which is always useful with children ...) The place is very quiet, full of olive trees. There is no trade, it is necessary to commute 10 km away Achillio (from the owner we could use the car for a small fee on gasoline). Here you can buy almost everything. Most have praised the meat from the local butcher. Not far away, were also purchased from fishermen freshly caught fish. The place is pleasant summer bar, but we did not use too much - on the beaches were nicer kids :)). The Space I recommend to visit !!!

Outstanding private location, with the best view ever. Surrounded by sea and trees, this one week vacation at Mania's place was beyond all expectations. The place itself is causy and well equipped with all you need for a perfect time

What to say first about this home.....!!!!!It's exactly as the photos show it and even better. It has all the specifications for a big family and two families to stay if they want it. The hosts are impeccable. Helpful in everything and discreet.Our next to everything we needed and immediate resolution in everything that came about.The house is excellent,spotlessly clean, with wonderful decoration and with all the amenities.The hosts have anticipated every detail so you don't miss anything and feel like home.Nothing of all this but nothing compares to the wonderful view of Theologian Bay.....!!!!!! Everything was wonderful, we were very happy and of course that next time we will have our vacation there!Thanks for everything!

An amazing spacious house that looked even more mesmerising and magical in person than it did in the photos. The house is secluded and a perfect fit if you're looking to get away and turn off. The beach is a short walk from the place and is one of the most beautiful seas I've seen in all of greece. This house is truly a hidden gem of Evia and we will be coming back again in the future

Amazing!! The photos don’t do this place justice. It is so quirky and unique staying in a real windmill and we loved it. The spiral stairs, the round beds, the views… the location is fantastic, you can walk to the beautiful town of glaxidi which we loved and also the beach - both on paths through pine trees and also while we were there we had the swimming pool all to ourselves! The ultimate feeling of relaxation and relaxation. A mountain villa with very easy and quick access. The house provides everything and the view is breathtaking. You see the sea, the mountain, and the sunset. Everything was great ,the pool was great to enjoy your swim all hours of the day until the evening it had lighting.As for Lefteris, I will say that he is the best host , communicative and very friendly.. Lina and her family are very kind and welcoming. We were well received and felt very comfortable. They are very helpful and the kids colored a nice stone with Lina. The apartment was cozy and wonderful to swim in the large outdoor swimming pool. You can also walk into the sea to take a wonderful dip. Terraces and restaurants all within walking distance. We had a wonderful holiday with Lina and her family! Thank you for everything!!!

The place is simply beautiful. breathtaking. The house has everything needed and then sum (like JBL that we could use while in the pool). Nice games for children and adults. Cozy throws in the living room. And the AC worked superbly, which was a concern during these extremely hot days. If we come to the area again, I will definitely try to book this house again. We had a great time at this house in Polydrosos, Parnassos! The location was ideal—peaceful and picturesque, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The house was very well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including excellent heating, which was perfect for the season. We were a group of 10 colleagues (plus a dog!), and the space suited us perfectly, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The dog-friendly aspect was a big plus! One small note: shampoo wasn’t provided, so future guests might want to bring their own. Overall, the host's attention to detail made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy yet spacious getaway in Parnassos!

Beautiful house with absolutely spectacular views. The private swimming pool was also a big hit with my family. Serafeim is a fantastic host and very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The gravel roads on the last few 100 meters to the house can be a little challenging to navigate but drive slow and carefully and you'll be fine. Would highly recommend Serafeim's place.
