Year-round, family-owned, and close to beach

Cozy year-round summer house. Heated with heat pumps Child-friendly (including toys, high chair and weekend bed - here you have to let us know if desired. Lovely garden with trampoline, football goal, cave in a tree, outdoor shower, fire pit and large covered terrace. Very close to good (fishing) water and good nature. CONSUMPTION IS PAID ABOVE THE AIRBNB PRICE. See PRICES IN TEXT and under house rules. Electric cars are not allowed in the summerhouse. you need to work in Novo nordisk - please ask for fixed appointments during weekdays

Heart warm summerhouse in Havnsø

Our lovely summerhouse is 60 m2 and furnished with three bedrooms, one bathroom and a large lovely kitchen room where you can cook at the same time that you can cozy up at the dining table or watch TV on the sofa. Full kitchen with everything you need. Lovely confined garden with shelter and sun all day. There is a 5-10 minute walk to the harbor in Havnsø, where there are the most lovely bathing options and a sauna. The harbour also has a playground, restaurants, bodega, coffee shop, ice cream parlors and shopping opportunities.

Cozy house, close to beach

charming, bright cottage with two bedrooms and a large annex (the small annex is only suitable for use in the summer). There is a dishwasher, microwave, TV with chromecast, wireless WiFi, heat pump and wood-burning stove. Cozy garden and two terraces where one is covered. It is about 100 meters to the water and 200 meters to the delicious Reersø Nordstrand which is a famous beach with lovely sand and clear water. Reersø is a peninsula with exciting plant and wildlife. The walk along the water around the island is about 5 miles.

The cottage is in the middle of Denmark's probably largest wine district. There is a unique nature on Røsnæs with lighthouse, which is worth visiting and the house is located so that walks can be chosen on both the north and south side of Røsnæs. There are bathing opportunities from the jetty and the possibility of coastal fishing, tennis, golfing and to visit winemakers.

Cozy and personal cottage, nestled in large secluded garden in quiet cottage area, a short walk from mini golf and the holiday town ice house/eatery. A very nice and delicate danish summerhouse, 3 minutes walk from the beach. Everything is new renovated and very nice decorated and furnished. The atmosphere is relaxing and the house can offer good space, also for rainy days. You can read, listning to music, play in the garden, drink coffee on the terrace, take a short walk to the beach and enjoy a swim, watch the sunset at night, visit the city nearby or get a teint in the sun. The house is all yours.
