On the ground floor there is a lovely living room and kitchen with direct access to a large wooden terrace with sea views. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a jetty. There are several beautiful view terraces. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there are bedrooms with stunning views. In the garden there is an annex with 2 beds. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

Stay in a fantastic scenic area a few minutes' walk from the beach and right next to the beautiful golf course. Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

The cottage is located a 10-minute drive from beautiful Vesterlyng Strand and in the middle of scenic areas.

The Røsnæs area is known for its unique nature, and there are plenty of experiences in the area. The house is full of warmth, art, and quirky décor that has been collected and created over the years. Cozy cottage located in a peaceful area. 3 rooms. Room for 6 people. Kitchen and living room in one, and a nice bathroom with shower. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a barbecue. The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.

The house is a renovated farmhouse surrounded by meadows and small forests. The location at the end of a long dirt road with only a few neighbors gives you the feeling that you are all by your self. The water is 2-300 meters away and the sunsets by the sea are marvles. Pets are welcome - and there is a small horse available right next to the house.
