Lovely family cottage 200 meters from the water

Our lovely cottage is located just 200 meters from the water at the end of a quiet main road. It has plenty of space for coziness and relaxation. The house has three bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, a wide terrace that surrounds the house and a spacious garden. In Havnebyen you will find a vibrant harbor environment with, among other things, fishmonger and shopping opportunities. In addition, the nearby area is the popular bakery Tír, homemade pizzas and natural wine at Havnebyens Kaffebar and fresh vegetables as well as organic meat, etc. at Birkemosegård.

The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

At the nearby Liseleje beach village you’ll find cosy dining places, ice cream parlours, coffee shops, a small beach bar, basketball courts, forest playing grounds, small shops, and a grocery store. The house is 1 km from the beach and grocery shopping. The main room has high ceiling and, the style is clean and modern. There are 3 bedrooms and an annex with two single beds, (annex have electric heater) The house is ideal for a bigger or 2 families. No young groups for parties/festival). Sauna will be charged for electric use.

Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. New cozy house close to beach in beautiful nature

Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.
