House vacation rentals in Kalundborg

The place is incredible! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (except spices, etc., generally household items you have to buy yourself), enough seats to eat, relax or play together. The pool table and all other things were also impeccable and made the time fly by. Approx. 7 minutes' walk to the beach, quiet area for walking, we felt safe at all times! The property is a nice size and you could have a good time there. The best? Hot tub, sauna and indoor pool! Everything super easy to put into use. The only “problem” was that the outdoor area was open to the street, so you were seen in a bikini, less privacy. But there were only a few people in the village and they were always friendly. Because the property is new, a hedge will certainly grow up high. We would come back!

We spent a wonderful week at Bryans place with our three kids, who just learned or were abour to learn how to swim. Because the large pool was heated we couldnt get them out of the water, it was amazing. Since the garden had big hedges all around and a sunny terrasse it was just the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable. The house itfelf is gorgeous, since it is actually someones home it is lovely decorated and especially the kitchen misses nothing, which really sets it apart from "tourist only" places. Bryan was always extremely friendly, answered every question and made everything very easy and smooth. Veddelev itself is very nice and quiet, you can walk to a little beach with a pier, the water there is clean and shallow at first, which is again, very kids-friendly. All in all we had a great holiday and hope to visit again soon.

We were there with the family and had a very good time. The pool was bigger than expected and the garden is great. Everything was the same as the photos. The garden has grown in nicely, so you don't notice anything from the neighbors. The equipment was very good. Beautiful beaches can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearby village of Asnæs is quite small, but there are 2 supermarkets and a good bakery, so you get everything essential.

We were 2 adults and 2 small children away for an extended weekend. Beautiful little cottage with the most beautiful garden! Plenty of room for ball games, badminton and hide and seek. Beautiful pool and trampoline were the icing on the cake. Nice amenities, neat and clean. Jeanne was quick to respond to questions. We'd love to come back another time!

Very nice and accommodating host. We got a response and help with what we were wondering about very quickly. The house was right for the kids, especially for the kids, where they could swim in the pool, and relax and play in the amazingly facilitated basement living room. Very nice outdoor area with outdoor kitchen and living area. All in all, very well.

House that is quiet and within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Very good bed with new duvets. Matched our needs for a few nights. Would love to come again.

Very beautiful garden, beautiful surroundings, walking distance to the beach, garden filled with birdsong and fresh air. Fire pit, shelter and peace. The house is filled with a good atmosphere, good memories and rooms you want to stay in and relax in. Highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in Annie's vacation home and had a lovely time. It is super quiet, close to the sea and we even had a seagull greet us on the roof :) a great place to relax!

Very nice summerhouse in beautiful surroundings. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen / family room. We rented the house over the New Year, and would definitely rent it again during the summer months. The instructions were in order, nothing was missing in the kitchen, etc., and Mark is a great host who responds quickly. The cottage is within walking distance to the water.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Zenia’s beautiful place 🌞 Everything was incredibly cozy, well-equipped, and just overall had everything you might need to spend some relaxing days close to the sea 🌊 Zenia was also super friendly and always replied quickly to messages. We’ll hopefully be back! 🥰

Lovely place and host!

The vacation home is large and stylishly furnished. Our family of five had enough space here. The kitchen also offers every comfort. The garden is also spacious and offers many opportunities for sitting, lying down, playing games. The view towards Great Bell is amazing. We were out of season and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. My best friends and I had a wonderful stay at Trine’s Strandhuset. It was one of the most beautiful vacations we’ve ever had. The house has a soul – it fills you with so much energy and peace. The endless view of the sea and horizon, the sunrise you could watch from bed, and the sound of the waves – it all felt like something out of a romantic movie. We felt like we were in a small, magical world of our own. It could’ve been the Hamptons or the English coast – there was this beautiful sense of being completely in the moment. The interior and comfort of the house only added to the experience. It’s filled with so much love and attention to detail, and you can feel that Trine and her family spend their summers here, giving the house its heart and soul. We’ll definitely be coming back. It’s a magical place I will never forget. Thank you, Trine, for letting us step into this little world of yours.

We really enjoyed staying in Denmark. The fireplace invites you to cozy evenings, the sunrise by the sea is fantastic and the accommodation has everything you need. The excellent contact with Michelle and her assistance in our concerns should be emphasized. Slippers are recommended and stocking up on wood as well. It gets cold very quickly, especially the kitchen floor. A wood ration is provided in the accommodation. Thanks, Michelle - we'll be happy to come back!

We were with 4 adults and 3 children in the great house of Anne-Cathrine and Andreas. We felt very comfortable, we lacked nothing. The house is wonderfully equipped (with much more than you can expect) and both the indoor and outdoor areas invite you to linger and relax. The house is in a small vacation home settlement and is only a few meters from a beautiful small secluded beach. We loved the modern design of the house and the magnificent views from the huge windows. The trampoline in the garden was a highlight for the children. Anne-Cathrine and Andreas were available to us at all times, gave us helpful tips and took care of all concerns and wishes. For us, it was a wonderful week in a wonderful place with the best hosts :-)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kirsten's! The place was just as charming as described – quietly located, with direct access to the lake and perfectly equipped for our fishing trip. Particularly nice was the possibility to go on the water by canoe and rowboat directly from your own property. Kirsten is an exceptionally warm and helpful host. She provided us with all the important information in advance, was always available and took care of everything with so much attention to detail – from boat licenses to maps. Just great! The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed – including a well-equipped kitchen, freezer and grill. And little extras like firewood were also available. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime! Thank you for everything, dear Kirsten! 🙏🏼

Very nice house with great conditions and beautiful surroundings.

We used Thomas' summer house for a weekend with the whole family and were delighted to have the beach and the sea right in front of the terrace and also to be able to see the waves at any time from inside. The house is large, very quiet and allowed us a few wonderful days together. Thomas was available the whole time, we would always recommend staying at his summer house to anyone!

A small great house without internet, the location very quiet in a bay. You have to want the tranquility.
