The cottage is insulated all year round and heated by both a heat pump and a cozy wood-burning stove for the cold evenings. The house is spacious and well furnished with four good bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room. There is everything you need for a cozy stay. The cottage is located a 10-minute drive from beautiful Vesterlyng Strand and in the middle of scenic areas.

Here you immediately feel at home and can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house has a bright and lovely living room with access to the terrace and lawn. The kitchen is well-equipped. The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

The cabin, designed by Danish architects Høyer Arkitektur and built in 2022, is a low-impact house designed to leave a minimal footprint on its surroundings. The house is ideal for families, large and small. The main house has three bedrooms, and the guesthouse has two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. a dishwashing machine.
