Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
