Viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen im schönen Zillertal – in dieser geräumigen & ruhigen Wohnung. Ich vermiete die Ferienwohnungen, die meine Großeltern sehr liebevoll & hochwertig eingerichtet haben. Da sie selbst nicht mehr in der Lage sind, diese zu vermieten, fahre ich damit fort. Die Wohnung verfügt über ca. 71 m2. ! Bei uns sind Einzelpersonen, mehrere Personen, sowie Familien jedes Alters, Geschlechts, und jeder Herkunft willkommen ! Es gelten Hausregeln & Vorschriften für JEDE/N gleichermaßen. :)

Ideal für den Urlaub mit 2, max. 3 Familien oder Kleingruppen. Haus über drei Etagen, Platz ideal für 8-10 Personen (in Ausnahmefällen max. 12). Im Parterre Gemeinschaftswohnraum mit Küchenblock und einem großen Tisch sowie ein zusätzlicher Aufenthaltsraum mit Schlafcouch (somit nutzbar als 5. Schlafzimmer). Im 1. Stock zwei große Dreibettzimmer, Balkon, Etagendusche und zwei WCs. Im 2. Stock zwei Doppelzimmer, Balkon, Etagendusche und ein WC. Alle Zimmer mit Waschgelegenheit (Kalt-/Warmwasser).

Unsere Apart Die Almsünde im Almhütten Style befindet sich in einer ruhigen Berglage in Aschau/ Distelberg. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf ca 1000m Die Skigebiete Hochzillertal- Hochfügen und die Zillertal Arena sind nur wenige km von unserem Haus entfernt und mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das kleine, gemütliche Apart die Almsünde verfügt über kostenloses w-lan, Skiabstellraum mit Trockenraum, PKW Parkplätze!! Im Winter sind Winterreifen unbedingt erforderlich!!! Bei Schneefall auch Schneeketten!!!!

The family-friendly holiday accommodation "Hochzillertal Gartenwohnung" is located in Kaltenbach and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 110 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom of which is on the 1st floor) and 4 bathrooms, thus offering space for 8 people. Another sofa bed for 2 additional children would be available in one of the bedrooms. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN, heating and a TV.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.
