Cottage on property with quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (by the paradise workshop) with 500 meters to swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with two beds, bunk bed, top bed 140cm and under a 120cm. In the kitchen there is fridge, freezer, microwave wave oven as well as electric stove and oven. Wifi. Bathroom with washing/drying machine. Buses go into Kalmar every 20 minutes. The bike ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in the summer. Duvet and pillows are available but not linens/towels. Smoking not allowed. No animals.

Farmhouse on a secluded lake plot with fantastic location! Possibility of swimming from the plot & jetty, most swimming areas nearby. Perfect location for kayaking. Nice walking paths. About 6 km to the city center. City bus stop in direct vicinity. Close to Lysingsbadet with restaurants etc. Approximately 9 km to Ekhagens Golf Course, approximately 1 hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's World. (The pool belongs to the large house, not available) The tenant is responsible for cleaning. Bed linens/towels can be rented for SEK 150/set.

A tasteful little cottage with doublebed in a sleeping room and up to five madrasses on a spacy loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice life at the countryside. Trampolin, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, i e we will be neighbours during your stay. Välkomna till en stuga med ljuvliga utomhusytor. Njut av havet och den vackra naturen och närheten till Kalmar, Öland och Oskarshamn. Det finns en altan med morgonsol och en altan mot väster för sköna grillkvällar, kvällsmys och fina solnedgångar över hav och natur. Två ordentligt tilltagna sovrum samt ett kök mittemellan dessa. Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.
