We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, comfortable. The location was great, and we felt very much at home. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — always ready to assist with anything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we even wanted to extend our stay! We stayed for 5 days with my wife and children. The house was very comfortable and clean. The host was very friendly and always helpful. We were very satisfied. A great place to relax. Walking distance to the beach 600 meters away. The sea and beach are perfect. The sea was like a lake. I highly recommend this place

Great place right on the beach. Apartment looks like it was recently remodeled and everything is very new and nice. Location is perfect. Emma was responsive and provide all details in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place in the heart of Kalikratia. Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. She even let us check-out whenever we like. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and very well equipped. The place was as expected and described. The location is great for the short walk to the local beach, which is huge, and to all restaurants and the shopping mile. A special bonus and not a matter of course, was the kindness and help of the hostess with all sorts of questions. We will probably never forget the vacation.

We stayed for two weeks and had a very good time at this apartment. It was very clean and looked like the photos. The people in the neighborhood very friendly and welcoming. Also the restaurants in the area were nice. All in all it was a good stay, the host was very helpful with everything. We would definitely recommend it!

The apartment was impeccably clean, with top-of-the-line furnishings, high-end appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was absolutely ideal—situated in the heart of the city, I was just a short walk away from vibrant cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. It made exploring Thessaloniki incredibly easy, and the neighborhood felt both lively and safe.

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.
