My place is a newly renovated apartment furnished and decorated in a way that entirely expresses my personal taste and my needs as a guest. Bright colors and modern elements combined with unique vintage pieces and plants. Spacious and luminous, this space ideal to spend your weekend and relax or even stay longer periods and feel at home. As long as you enter the apartment all spaces are accessible to you. And in order to be more precise, these include two spacious and extra cozy living rooms with a workstation, an elegant master bedroom, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. As a host, I will be as helpful as I can. Feel free to contact me for anything you would like to know about the apartment or the city. As a local, I can offer my insights and share some great city tips. The location is the center of Thessaloniki's beating heart, with the area a mix of the residential and commercial. The waterfront is just steps from the front door, while nearby points of interest include Aristotle's Square and Agia Sofia church. Public transportation is the best way to move around as parking can be quite tricky downtown. I would not recommend that. The apartment was just like the description!!!It had everything inside and because we had a 14-month-old baby they had provided for a high chair and playpen!It was quiet, by the sea and in the center ofNikiti.The view from the balcony is unique!!! Mrs. Mary is willing to help us with anything we asked for and very friendly!They recommended us beaches for the baby and were all super friendly!I highly recommend it and we will definitely choose it in the next visit to the place!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk away from all the city's entertainment, making it super convenient to explore. It was a really clean and perfect apartment. The host is very friendly and caring. They help with everything. The house has everything you can look for. 2 televisions, fridge, tea and coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer, iron... All furniture is new and spotless. The bed is very comfortable. Christina & Thomas and everyone with whom I communicated were very friendly, helpful and clear. We are a family of 4 with twin toddlers and needed specific dimensions of the elevator, no stair access and relatively peaceful surroundings. They measured the elevator for us in all the apartments we were interested in until we found the right one, they provided us with two playpens and two baby seats! That was more than I expected! They answered our messages even late at night because I didn’t have the time to send at a more convenient time. Overall the place was as shown in the photos, very clean apart from the drawer below the sink that smelled mould, some hair I found in the bathrooms door and the rear balking not being very clean when we arrived. Apart from that the place is near the sea, with a nearby playground for the children’s appropriate age. This area in Thessaloniki is known for being family friendly. The only negative thing is that it’s hard to find a parking

There were two of us for a week at the place in Nea Skioni and everything was perfect for us. Beautiful area in a small fishing village with a great apartment. We lacked nothing there, because we could relax there superbly. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. A day trip to Thessaloniki is also quite possible. We recommend the fish restaurant on the ground floor, located directly below the property. There you can eat very well and spend nice evenings. We highly recommend the accommodation.

There were two of us in the apartment for 9 days. It was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, the sea within sight 20 m away. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. Check-in is totally easy, Armin's instructions are clearly understandable. Armin is a great host who responds very quickly and also gives good tips and information.
