Ich habe diese Unterkunft mit meiner Mutter zusammen gebucht. Die Gastfreundschaft von Vaso war sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich finde, das ist etwas sehr Wichtiges und sticht hier sehr hervor. Schöne Gespräche zum gemeinsamen Kaffee&Kuchen im Garten und ihren kleinen süßen Hund nicht zu vergessen. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, von Handtüchern bis hin zu einer frischen Obstschale und Getränken, wie zb. Kaffee und Wasser für uns, es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, sowie ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Garten hat uns verzaubert, überall schöne Blumen, ein Grill, Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen. Für uns ein Besuch, der in Erinnerung bleibt. Μείναμε 10 μέρες στο σπίτι του Νέστορα. Πρόκειται για ένα άνετο , φωτεινό και ήσυχο ισόγειο σπίτι μέσα σε έναν παραδοσιακό, φυλασσόμενο οικισμό γεμάτο πράσινο, με αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις και παιδική χαρά.Η απόσταση από οργανωμένη και μη οργανωμένη παραλία είναι πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια.Η θάλασσα είναι ακριβώς έξω από τον οικισμό. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, λειτουργικό και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Διαθέτει κλιματισμό και ανεμιστήρες οροφής για τις πολύ ζεστές μέρες. Ο Νέστορας είναι ένας ευγενικός, διακριτικός και εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης,πρόθυμος πάντα να απαντήσει σε κάθε απορία του επισκέπτη. Έτυχε να γνωρίσουμε και την Άννυ,την ιδιοκτήτρια του σπιτιού η οποία αμέσως μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν στο σπίτι μας .Φιλική, προσιτή ,άνετη μας υποδέχθηκε με διάφορα κεράσματα και καθετί που θα μας βοηθούσε στις πρώτες μέρες της παραμονής μας. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα και τον Νέστορα και την Άννυ και ελπίζουμε πραγματικά να ξαναβρεθούμε στο μέλλον!

It is simply amazing. I can definitely recommend it. The view is the best! I felt super comfortable staying at this place! There were so many restaurants and coffee bars!

Wir haben vier Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und es war wirklich alles perfekt! 🙂 Die Wohnung mit dem Balkon ist super schön und die Gastgeber unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben tolle Empfehlungen für Thessaloniki und die Umgebung bekommen und konnten jederzeit ganz viele Fragen stellen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ioannes war wirklich wunderbar. Die Beschreibung der Bilder entspricht genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben: die Wohnung war modern und ästhetisch eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Vom Sonnenschirm für den Strand über Bügelbrett bis zu Töpfen und Pfannen war alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Und dazu befindet man sich noch direkt am Meer! Ioannes war sehr sympathisch und hat uns freundlich in Kalyves empfangen. Besonders gut hat uns die Flexibilität und Gastfreundschaft von Ioannes gefallen: wir konnten nicht nur morgens um 01.00 Uhr (aufgrund des sehr späten Flugs) problemlos in die Wohnung einchecken, sondern wurden auch noch mit einer Kleinigkeit zu essen begrüßt. Der Kontakt mit Ioannes war angenehm, reibungs- und problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

We stayed for 5 days with my wife and children. The house was very comfortable and clean. The host was very friendly and always helpful. We were very satisfied. A great place to relax. Walking distance to the beach 600 meters away. The sea and beach are perfect. The sea was like a lake. I highly recommend this place

Herşey anlatıldığı gibiydi. Panos tüm bilgileri detaylı olarak verdi. Temiz, düzenli ve huzur dolu bir tatil geçirdik. İhtiyacımız olan her şey önceden hazırlanmıştı. Bir kaç adımda denize ulaşmak , manzara, veranda da oturduğunuzda denizin sesini duymak mükemmel bir duygu. Tekrar gitmek isteriz.

Bardzo polecamy nocleg. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Powrót do takiego apartamentu jest zawsze bardzo przyjemny. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, przytulne, z dwoma balkonami, wygodne łóżka i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Polecamy , naprawdę warto.

Wir waren super zufrieden. Es war alles sauber und so wie wir den Bildern zu sehen! Tolle Umgebung und ein sehr sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Absolut verdiente 5 Sterne. Danke für den super Aufenthalt und die super Kommunikation.

Fantastic place in the heart of Kalikratia. Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. She even let us check-out whenever we like. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and very well equipped. Die Unterkunft war wie erwartet und beschrieben top. Die Lage super für den kurzen Weg zum lokalen Strand, welcher riesig ist, und zu allen Restaurants und der Shoppingmeile. Ein besonderer Bonus und nicht selbstverständlich, war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfe der Gastgeberin bei allen möglichen Fragen. Den Urlaub werden wir wohl nie vergessen.

The apartment was impeccably clean, with top-of-the-line furnishings, high-end appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was absolutely ideal—situated in the heart of the city, I was just a short walk away from vibrant cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. It made exploring Thessaloniki incredibly easy, and the neighborhood felt both lively and safe.

Particularitatea a fost cazarea la trecerea dintre ani. Am cautat un loc langa mare, cu semineu, pentru a ma simti ca acasa. Pentru asteptarile mele a fost fix ce cautam. Cred ca si vara e un loc placut. Cu gazda am comunicat foarte bine, mi-a pus lemne la dispozitie, nu cred ca o sa aveti nevoie de asta vara :) Vizitez frecvent cazari cu seminee si stiu ca proprietarii ofera doar cateva lemne, pentru atmosfera. Aici nu a fost cazul. Oricum am avut un sac cu lemne in portbagaj, aduse din Romania :)) Locuinta e bine dotata, locul e primitor, mult lemn si piatra. Pentru noi a fost o experienta placuta.

Man lebt schön zentral in Thessaloniki und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung spricht natürlich für sich! Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, große Unterkunft.

Η διαμονή μου ήταν άψογη...!! Ο χώρος ότι ακριβώς χρειάζεσαι... Καθαρό, ήσυχο, εύκολα προσβάσιμο,με εξασφαλισμένη θέση Parking,και με έναν ιδιοκτήτη απόλυτα φιλικό... Το συνιστώ χωρίς καμία επιφύλαξη..!!!

Престоя ни беше приятен. Домакина ни посрещна, деня преди настаняване ни изпрати много информация за по-бърз достъп до локацията ,за добри ресторанти,забележителности и локации за плаж. Престоя ни беше спокоен, апартамента отговаряше напълно на описанията и пространството ни беше достатъчно за голямата ни компания..

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time!
