Through the fields, it is 2.5 km to the most beautiful beach in the Bay of Lübeck. Deer, rabbits and birds can be seen in front of the house. The garden has plenty of space for relaxation.

"Sea in sight" is an exclusive dream chalet with sea views (150m natural beach Salzhaff) for up to 5 people. Ground floor: open kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and cozy chill lounge with panoramic views, electric fireplace and 50 "SmartTV. 2 bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom with sea view. Kids can chill upstairs. Large covered south-facing terrace, second terrace to the lake side. Hair dryer and washing machine available, sauna with sea view. A laundry service on request for a fee.

Spacious, bright studio with nature view

The 60 sqm studio is built as a "house in the house" on the upper floor of our barn. The apartment includes a loggia with wide panoramic windows, through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a fully equipped kitchen, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor with separate access.

Our thatched vacation home is 800 m from the beach and is easily accessible on foot. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in nature, you will find your place here. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

Gut Niendorf Carriage House

A lovely thatched roof cottage. The former driver's house is located on the grounds of the estate Niendorf. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view into the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. A free parking space for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the depot. For more people, guest rooms with a bathroom/pantry can be booked.

HOF SEVEN is adjacent to the fields of Klützer Winkels with a 4,500 sqm property at the end of a small cul-de-sac. The sun wanders around the building throughout the day. With long view axes into the landscape, nature and silence can be enjoyed. The Baltic Sea is 2 km away and easily reached for a quick swim or a day at the beach. Originally shaped landscapes and natural beaches and the view of the Baltic Sea give this region a special character

Tiny house surrounded by greenery

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.

Welcome to the cypress, a special place of peace and seclusion with a magical enchanting enchanted garden and a cozy terrace. The cypress is located on a 4,000m2 plot with 2 houses in the 2nd row, behind it only meadows and fields. In the same house are the apartments Schloßgarten and dream view.
