Our thatched roof house "Coastline" in Groß Schwansee – picturesquely located on the coast between Travemünde and Boltenhagen – is a lovingly designed retreat to feel good. The furnishings are characterized by the style and lifestyle of the beach houses on the US east coast. "Coastline" itself is perfectly equipped for the fall/winter season with a Finnish sauna and fireplace, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen-living room. A total of 4 cozy bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.

Our thatched vacation home is 800 m from the beach and is easily accessible on foot. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in nature, you will find your place here. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

Our vacation home (built around 1900, renovated in 2013) contains 2 apartments. We rent the apartment on the second floor as a spacious apartment with a total of 8 sleeping places. The lower apartment is used by us on weekends or during vacations. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished in the Scandinavian style and fully equipped. Our house is particularly suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.

The apartment on the upper floor has been completely renovated and is brand new. The 68 sqm plus 5 sqm gallery offer space for 4-5 people. The spacious living area is open to the roof. The exposed beams and the wooden floor give the apartment a special flair. There are two bedrooms: a double bedroom and another with two single beds. There is also a sleeping chamber with a single bed (open to the living room). The shower room is spacious and bright.

Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a BA and a conservatory. In front of the apartment is a south-facing terrace. You can see the garden from all the rooms. Access to the apartment is via a step. There is another step between the kitchen and the conservatory.
