Both Ivan as a host and his beautiful accommodations surpassed expectations in every way. The apartment is sophisticated and elegant, fancier than most hotels. Everything is pristine and Ivan has gone to great lengths to ensure that his guests want for nothing. He has thought of everything, and then gone the extra mile. His attention, swift responses and recommendations are also to be noted. Very friendly and helpful. This is by far one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at, and we would love to return one day.

Very modern, well kept apparament. Great location, with a private parking! Huge plus! We loved staying there and we highly recommend!

The flat was really clean and spacious. We quite enjoyed the balcony, when we could considering the weather we had… The sea side is 2 minutes by walk, and the city center easily reachable as well. Josip was a great host, welcomed us on arrival and always answered when I asked for tips. Definitely recommended !

Extremely great view, Josep picked us up from the Airport and was very nice and responsive as well, giving us restaurant recommendations all around the city. The owner of Belmont Realty is also extremely responsive and ensures a great stay! 10/10 can recommend

L'appartement est génial, tout est très soigné, avec une propreté remarquable. Un appartement luxueux où on s'y sent bien. L'équipement est complet. Le lieu est calme, vous dormirez bien, grand placard dans la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, balcon spacieux, le salon est agréable, belle salle de bain, le seul inconvénient est la douche, faible pente pour l'écoulement, l'eau ne se vide pas assez vite et elle peut envahir très vite la pièce. We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Many thanks for a lovely stay!

Vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an Nichts gefehlt! Um zum Strand zu kommen braucht man allerdings ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Auch sollte man verschiedene Strände in der Umgebung ausprobieren, um für sich den „Richtigen“ (z.B. Sand, Stein, Café, Sportangebote…) zu finden.

Diese Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und glücklich unseren Urlaub da verbringen zu dürfen. :-) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und haben uns super nett empfangen. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Alles lief unkompliziert und reibungslos ab. Vielen Dank dafür. :-)

Ana was super friendly and went above and beyond as a great host. I felt very much looked after, super accommodating, the place was perfect and a great start to my holiday. Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

The communication with the host was excellent during my 3 months in Zadar, and he was very attentive and understanding throughout my stay and all the situations. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything I needed. The balcony is even larger than it appeared in the photos. I highly recommend this place and Marko as a host.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Die Unterkunft liegt genau richtig! In der Altstadt dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt auf der 4. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses ohne Aufzug, jedoch war das für uns kein Problem. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich empfangen und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir konnten Kleinigkeiten kochen, ohne Einschränkungen. Das, was mich persönlich besonders gefallen hat, ist das saubere große Badezimmer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

Super schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in Zadar. Sehr zentral. Sehr schick, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

This brand new villa was the perfect stay for us with 4 young children. Maja was an extremely responsive host at all times and was very kind. The Villa had ample parking for two cars and was easily accessed. The space itself is just like in the photos with everything you could need for your stay! We had a car so drove to the old town where parking was easy enough everywhere. I would definitely recommend Majas villa to others. Thanks for the gorgeous stay!
