Accommodation was really nice. There were 7 of us and the separate apartments always had your peace and quiet in the evening. The kitchens are super equipped and made cooking for 7 people very nice. Especially the Beach House is great for this. The pool was also always clean and has been a nice extra. :) The place is a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry, which made it easy for us to spend a day in Zadar. We always went shopping at TOMMYS, which is also 15 minutes away but there are also many other shopping opportunities closer. We would definitely recommend the place at Andrea's place! :)

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub impressed us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall it was a really great trip!

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. We highly recommend this apartment. Everything went uncomplicated and smoothly. Thank you very much for that. :-)

Great location, by the sea, close to a bakery and restaurants, everything you need in the apartment. Quiet neighborhood

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you can reach Zadar in just half an hour, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly – and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled with the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

We stayed at the apartment for a week and enjoyed every day. It is super quiet and the pool you can relax very well. Due to the private parking, it is perfect for people who want a mix of relaxation and active vacation as there are a lot of national parks nearby. Highly recommend!!

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! We had a great stay at the property. It was all super clean, everything available and we felt very comfortable. The location and views were great. Not right in the hustle and bustle and yet everything is super accessible on foot. Bars, restaurants and shopping nearby. Plenty of space for 6 people.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We stayed in the house for a week. We enjoyed it the best, that it's very private. Only one neighbor who has little insight into it. The house has a huge property that is completely fenced in, ideal for dogs. Zadar is the nearest big city and is about 15 minutes by car. (There is nothing going on in the Smokovic directly) The house is adequately equipped, towels provided. Only the dishwasher is very small but for 2 people everything is perfect. A highlight for us was the covered terrace, here you can also sit comfortably outside in the rain. An outdoor TV is also provided. The hosts are very friendly we will definitely be back

The apartment is very spacious, modern and clean. Host is responsive. Perfect for large family or group of friends. Location is excellent. If you have a car, free parking in back of building. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

It is a beautiful and really well-equipped apartment, located in a quiet, cozy area. The exterior with a heated swimming pool (cleaned every early morning) and a gas-fuelled barbecue grill lets you relax and enjoy your holidays. The small playground for kids is also great, although it needs a little bit more shadow. There are 2 small markets in the area, a beach is located ~10 mins walk from the apartment (quite downhill), there are also local neighbours who can provide you fresh delicious vegetables and fruits - and some homemade Rakija too ;). The apartment's manager was helpful and available every time we needed his help. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth the price if you're looking for a quiet, sunny place to spend your vacation time.

Comfortable home, beautiful pool. Walking distance to the beach which is nice. I would recommend this apartment which offers all the necessary comforts and is close to Zadar for excursions or walking in the old town.

Frankos apartment was everything and more. Lovely size apartment spotlessly clean. Lovely views. Sun on both balconies so lovely to sit out and enjoy a meal. There is a lovely supermarket a stone throw away. Franko has the restaurant opposite and this is a must!!!. The staff are amazing so attentive 5 stars. And so reasonably priced. I can not reconnect this place any better. He is a lovely young man. Nothing was a bother. We are so booking again

The apartment is very well equipped and located in a great spot in the historic city center.

We were received in a super friendly manner and provided with all the necessary information. One evening, Richard made a great fish barbecue for us that absolutely met our expectations. This place is great for relaxing!!!

Everything was just as expected. A traditional Dalmation cottage but with all the modern amenities. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Lovely huge bedroom with TV and much needed air conditioning. Very firm but comfortable bed. Julija and her husband were very responsive and very friendly. We were made to feel extremely welcome. Nice touches provided like wine and home made liqueur with some snacks. We loved the area and travelled to some other villages in close proximity. We would particularly recommend a trip to Nin! On our last evening there was a festival in Sukosan square with traditional music and food. We would wholeheartedly recommend Julija’s house and we would definitely wish to stay there if travelling to Croatia again!

Mrs. Nikolina has a beautiful accommodation that is highly recommended if you come to Zadar. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, has everything you need in the apartment for a comfortable stay. We had quick and excellent communication with the host and I will definitely return to that apartment again

What a lovely place, beautifully decorated and so incredibly peaceful, near a lovely beach. Slava was a very lovely lady. We will return here
