This airbnb did justice to the location. Having locals as dear friends we found out how prime the spot and view is of the airbnb. cozy and efficiently utilized space with clean linen, appropriate amenities and the most important amazing hosts. Apart from Bhupendra his entire family took care of is like their own. we loved staying here nd highly recommend the ac room for 2 guests.
A unique house constructed with natural materials is nestled among lush greenery. Bright pink bougainvillea flowers frame the pathway leading to the entrance, providing a vibrant contrast to the surrounding tropical plants. Large windows enhance the house's organic design.

Who else would have expected that by booking Airbnb, you'll get the perks of hotel as well ? Quite interesting no ? Also, not even I have expected those cottages to be that gigantuous as shown in those bnb pictures.If you reading my review please just book it without having second thoughts in mind. I literally felt heart broken leaving the premises, not because of how wonderful the staff and premises was but because of those furry four-legged friends, I got attatched to in just couple of days, especially one black young dog ,wish i have stayed there for longer period.I'll soon plan to come and meet those chotu-motu (dogs) again.

Wonderfully curated experience which is beyond just a stay at 'Verandah by the Bay' by Sanjay. This place in Sindhudurg district is your way to Khavane beach, and offers much beyond what any photographs can capture. Well crafted, minimal & yet rich architecture is impressive. Design ensures ventilation for sea breeze & sun light all through the day as it stands right next to a cliff empowering one to view handsome surises & spotless sunsets from specific spots. The host curates a vibe for real social networking with every family staying in this house in common spaces. Strangers sharing their stories on dining & sightseeing jointly are common encounters. Food and hygiene is top class and delivered nicely by the in-house staff on prior request. On a typical day - watch sunrise, walk around, have a beer or coffee to chill, read a book or play some indoor games together, and go out to explore a new virgin beach every evening. Dont hesitate to ask Sanjay anything. Big thank you! ❤️🧡

Pratit's place is overwhelming in its beauty and serenity - words fail me when I try to describe how absolutely breathtaking the experience was. The rooms are well equipped, with a private bathroomworh high pressure shower for each room. Each room has a separate entrance, the upper floor has a common outdoor area, perfect to enjoy the view. The lower floor has a functional kitchen which you barely need to use as the team or Subramanium and Sudha take care of your every need without you needing to lift a finger. Don't go here if you are looking for digital entertainment or loud music/television. it's the spot to read, to watch birds (flocks of them, my binoculars were well used), to take calm walks and to watch the fish jump. For a lakeside location, the rooms are also well maintained, with minimum invasion of insects or moths. We really could not expect better. A special mention for dog lovers - your dog couldn't be happier and the people could not be friendlier to your pet.

It felt home! I was on a workation with my partner and I felt like crying while I was going to leave. Great hospitality! Squeaky clean place! The staffs are always happy to lucky people. Actually apart from the interiors - the staffs are the next amazing thing there! Thank you for making this place!

The place is really nice and rustic. Apart from the few cobwebs here and there the place was clean. They were very clear with their instructions and always available to our questions and accommodating.
