Cozy lower level Ohana apartment, with ocean view, in our home on our 4 acre family farm in the Ohia cloud forest of Kaloko Mauka. We are located at 2,000 feet up enjoying cooler weather and a unique microclimate just above Kona. We are a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach, 8 minutes to Costco and restaurants, and 15-20 minutes to Kona town. It is a private one bed, one bath with its own separate entrance and parking. It has a kitchenette with full fridge/freezer, and a mini washer and dryer.

The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation is private and well appointed. You have your own completely furnished apartment with its own tropical gardens and outdoor seating. There are no shared spaces. Our accommodations are very clean and well furnished, the Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared. Monica and I live upstairs, we rarely see our guests and we respect our guests privacy.

We are just above Kailua-Kona town, and only about 12-15 minutes to shopping, and about 15 minutes to the closest beach and only 20 minutes to the airport. Stay a short walk from Magic Sands Beach in this complete home. This three bedroom and three and half bath house includes an outdoor shower and bathroom, a ping pong table, and your own tree house. This is a legal and permitted vacation rental with no agency and on-island owner hosts. You can hang out in a hammock on the lanai while you BBQ your dinner after the beach. The perfect spot to explore Hawai'i island and only three miles from downtown Kailua-Kona.
