The apartment at the (raised) ground floor was very spacious and clean, with all possible amenities. The bedrooms in particular were very large with comfortable beds. The building was surrounded by lawned garden and olive groves, offering privacy and relaxation. Greg even allowed us to use the stone-built barbecue as an extra treat. Very highly recommended!

Dieses Haus ist fast wie aus einem Film, der Architekt hat es so gebaut, dass man einen tollen Blick in alle Richtungen hat, immer auf einer der Terrassen Schatten ist und immer eine frische Meerbriese durchs Haus weht. Es ist nur ein paar Schritte vorbei an Tavernen vom Strand entfernt, ruhig gelgen, und die Minimercados sind auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Man ist für sich und doch mitten drin. Tonia ist ein Schatz und super zu erreichen, das ist ein Ort wo Erinnerungen geschaffen werden können. Absolut zu empfehlen, fast unwirklich schön. Und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort und das Haus strahlt einen kolonialen Charme aus, besonders wenn man Abends auf einer der Terrassen sitzt und die Sterne zählt. Es ist Platz für Mann, Maus und Auto... für Kinder ein Paradis und für Eltern ein Gelegeheit mit Familie zu entspannen. Wir sind das zweite mal in dem Haus gewesen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Very nice place place close to three beaches in Traditional village. The place had all the amenities and our host was kind enough to leave 6 liters of water. We will be back.

Very clean, relatively modern home, quaint and cozy. Felt right at home as soon as we entered. Beds and comforters were very comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful. The hosts had a jar of cookies for guests which were a delicious bonus. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

Μείνανε σε ένα παραδοσιακό χωριό. Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο για μια οικογένεια, εξοπλισμένο και πολύ άνετος ύπνος σε αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια. Το σπίτι είναι στο πρώτο όροφο και στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται ένας καταπράσινος κήπος. Η απόσταση σε διάσημες παραλίες και όχι μόνο είναι σε απόσταση 15-20'. Υπάρχει θέση πάρκινγκ. Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή. Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός και ευγενέστατος. Νικόλαε ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Fotis est un hôte génial, nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement! Fotis est un hôte discret mais très prévenant , il nous a gâté de delicieuses tomates du jardin, figues, fruits de cactus 🌵 etc... Nous étions comme chez nous dans le superbe logement de Fotis, très confortable, propre, avec un jardin et une piscine magnifique ! Merci pour les précieux conseils, les sourires, les attentions ! nous avons été ravis de notre séjour ! Une adresse que nous recommandons , tout particulièrement en famille avec des enfants ! Friendly host who was very professional. The housekeeper Melina was wonderful and very responsive to our needs. The villa is beautifully decorated and really feels special once you walk in. The pool was cleaned several times a week as was the flat. The location is fantastic, great views and very secluded. Neighbouring villas can see you from one side though, some plants would be good to make the rooftop ultra private. I would definitely book this place again.

We had a wonderful stay in Kalamata! We booked last minute due to our other reservation in Volos being canceled for the recent storm damage, so our visit in Kalamata was a happy accident. The views from the villa could not be more beautiful, the space was very private, the house was extremely clean, we had everything we needed there, plus extra treats we were not expecting. The villa is on the side of a mountain and the streets of Kalamata and surrounding towns are windy, narrow and at times very steep, so expect an eventful drive to get here! All that aside, it was easy to find, and we were walking distance to some great beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend! Would stay again.

More than excellent!!! Both facilities and location are top. Antony (host) was really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend it. A lot of extra things were offered such as coffee capsules, plenty of mineral water bottles etc. We asked for 2 crimps for our kids and facility offered apart from the crimps a lot of extra things showing the high level of hospitality. Extra kid services included items such as children fairytale books, safety socket etc.

We had a great stay at the villa! As two couples traveling with a small dog, we found the villa to be clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The host was very responsive, answering all of our questions before check-in and even meeting us to guide us to the villa, which was a thoughtful touch.   The location was excellent, offering stunning views of the sea. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals at villa, which we appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Beautiful property, cleverly designed and very close to the famous Costa Navarino golf courses! Convenient location to explore the many picturesque villages of the region! The owner is very helpful and willing to help when needed! Highly recommended and we will certainly return!

Amazing place! Tranquility, privacy, relaxation and nature in a single package. Really close to everything one may need (supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, petrol stations etc) and also close to central roads that will get you all the way up and down the beautiful messinian coast. Christine was really helpful and always available to respond to any request. Thank you for everything.

We really enjoyed our time at Vasilis’s home. The outdoor space was fantastic for children - playhouse and slide, kids pool, lots of floaties, and the grill and kitchen were perfect for outside dining. Music outside was great! Inside, everything was very comfortable and the fruit, veggies and other grocery items were appreciated. Vasilis brought us a baby bed and chair as soon as we asked for it. He was an excellent host. We had a fun time at the Caribbean Beach Bar. Beach is rocks, but good music and drinks. We also enjoyed a couple dinners at To Pareaki tis..Argo on the water in Petalidi. Fabulous seafood. All in all, we had a wonderful family stay and would gladly come back. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona’s house - it is fully equipped, located very close to the water and had a beautiful patio. Hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay is comfortable. Mr. Lambros would bring us fresh fruits form his garden 😊 There is a nice tavern near by with good cocktails and food - it includes restaurant area for sit down dinner and beach area with bar with chilling by the water. Supermarket is 10 minutes drive and a few beautiful golf courses in the area if you like to play. We highly recommend Fioras house!

Our family loved staying here over the New Year holiday. The surroundings are beautiful. The access to the beach is through olive and citrus groves, and the beach stretches on for miles. The home was cozy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the outdoor brick oven, and hanging out but the indoor fireplace at night. The host and her family were so kind and helpful, and we even took home some olive like produced on the farm!

The house is exactly as described and really is on an olive farm. The location is idyllic amongst the olive trees. Charles provided excellent instructions so could find the house, you can't go wrong if you follow them. We read some guests were concerned about the road up to the house, it is unpaved in part but not too steep. Our hired automatic Corsa had no trouble. We were left a very good selection of initial supplies, milk, bread milk etc and the house is well stocked with essentials. The local beach is gigantic, magnificent and was sometimes rough during our October stay. Maybe not so good for young children. We visited famous sites such as Olympia (of course, it was great) and found some less visited places hiking in the mountains. Neda waterfall gorge was very good. A great stay, much to see, very comfortable house and aimiable host (learned a a bit about Olive farming, it's hard work). Not many negatives, local towns are a bit anonymous and the local dogs enjoy a good bark.

We booked this wonderful house for a month in October. It was the perfect holiday house for us. Very clean and uncluttered. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked exactly as it should. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making sure that had everything we needed. The area around Gialova and Pylos is very beautiful - so many interesting places to visit, lots of quiet beaches, and this house is in the best place to visit them all. Or, if like us, you prefer to be lazy, you can sit and look at the flamingos on the lake with the sea behind it. Thank you to the whole family for welcoming us so warmly and making our holiday very special.
