Vacation rentals with beach access in Kakovatos

You stay in the house with Catherine and her family. 2 apartments are below Catherine and George's apartment and one is still above it. The house is very large and offers enough space for everyone to have their privacy. Everyone has their own terrace and is not disturbed by the others. 2 minutes' walk to a beautiful little bay. It is very practical that the apartment is equipped with an outdoor shower. Simply great. In the small village, however, there is hardly anything else, so you need a car. Catherine and George are great hosts. They are very friendly and accommodating. The front door was almost always open and you had the feeling there was always someone there. We had a great time out.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, light-filled, large, modern apartment close to the beach and walkable to other Kalamata neighborhoods. It was a great place to stay!

As far as hosting and hospitality goes, Athanasia went above and beyond and nothing was too much for her. We were given some really helpful tips and recommendations, especially on where to dine. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and lent itself perfectly to our needs, which was to have a property within close proximity of local amenities, whilst benefitting from privacy and quietness. The bed is super comfy and the shower is amazing. The kitchen was generously stocked with coffee (Nespresso machine and capsules) and utensils should you decide to cater for yourselves. Athanasia's property is aptly named Serendipity! Serendipity is a perfect and leading example of what is expected from an Airbnb property! Thank you Athanasia for everything and we'd definitely stay again!

Natasa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Helped me with all the questions and requests I had. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spots were available in front of the house, WiFi was stable. Great location - everything is reachable by walking. Everything is as described and great value for money. Definitely can recommend!

Kwstas was a great host, picked us up from the airport and upon our arrival at the apartment we found a plentiful basket of fresh fruits and a bottle of wine. The apartment was very clean and perfect for 3 people, with a nice spacious and comfortable terrace (eating, hanging out...). The location is great, the house is very close to the sea and in a quiet area, with some minimarkets just a few minutes walk away. Only negative detail, if you are a light sleeper at night it can be a little noisy having doors and windows open, due to cars and roosters, but for us this was not a problem (however in the house there is the air conditioner, which can be a solution to the problem). We will gladly return.

Very good welcome from the hosts upon our arrival. Very pleasant place with chickens. We were allowed eggs from the chickens offered by the hosts as well as homemade cakes. The garden is very beautiful. We recommend this apartment

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

Spacious apartment located in a convenient location to walk around Kalamata. Lots of light along with several balconies.

It was better than I expected the house,very clean, close to the sea,and with parking for the car. Kìm was very hospitable ,kind, helped us with what we asked her about the area. And of course if I visit the area again, I will book again in the same house to Kim. Thanks for everything.

It was perfect! The house is just like the photos and spotless!! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay . The location was also very convenient , next to the Marina of Kalamata , but also to the center and beach where you go comfortably on foot ! Mrs. Eleni was very helpful, thank you very much !
