We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Alternatively you can just relax in the sunshine reading a book or just rest and re-energise! The pavilion is the perfect home away from home getaway.

At Buggles you will find a very quiet and conveniently located guesthouse to meet all your needs in a peaceful countryside setting only 3 kms to the CBD. Spacious apartment nestled amongst beautiful gardens, your mornings will be greeted with the bird chorus, bunnies scampering through the garden (naughty little things) , and cows and horses just over the garden gate.
