Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kaipara District

A brand-new house, has everything to live comfortably and prepare meals. The office deck was great to use as a base for work. We would stay again if we could.

The house was immaculate. It was clean, lots of photos of their family, well maintained, and the host was very nice. Because we booked uring easter, there were little easter treats that we found the next day. Their cat Henry is the most friendliest cat we've ever seen and he's gorgeous too. They've got a beautiful house and it's very well maintained. Host was super considerate and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

We spent a night at Merrill’s place on our road trip. The place was very easy to find just off the main road north. Merrill met us at check in a showed us around the house. We were given breakfast provisions for the next morning which was very nice and also some local fruit to try. The property has 2 bedrooms and a combined living room and kitchen with everything you need. The Ruakaka beach is beautiful just about 15 min walk or 3 min drive away. We would stay again.

Beautiful stay at a lovely, private and well thought out space. Private but also felt spacious and relaxing to spend time in. Our hosts made us feel welcome at all times, were responsive to questions and seemed to really enjoy sharing their home. I especially loved the extra touches of snacks, delicious home made muesli and yoghurt in the fridge. My mum and I loved our stay and will be back!

One Tree Point is one of the most wonderful places we have stayed. The views to the marina are wonderful, and it was just great to sit on the balcony with a glass of rose and watch a magical sunset. The experience is just as beautiful in morning, having a cup of coffee and watch the boats quietly sail out for their day in the sea. Shirley is a wonderful host who left us with a generous breakfast. Would love to return again one day x

Loved staying at Liz’s place! Comfortable beds! Wow they were comfortable! The outside deck made you feel like you were in a tiny oasis. 4 min walk to one of the most beautiful beaches! Would definitely recommend staying! Liz even let us barrow two bikes for our young children. Thank you Liz!

A wonderful place to stay, high recommend!! The bed is so comfortable. Location is far away from town to have peace but close enough for convenience to good restaurants, cafes, supermarket etc.

We were after a place for some rest and relaxation and we found the Mangawhai lodge to be just that. Although it rained the 3 days we were there the room, the view felt super cosy. We spent quite some time reading, watching tv or just listening to the rain. The veranda overlooking the waterways was perfect. Jeanette was friendly and very accommodating. We stayed with Al and Murray for 5 nights and they were just absolutely lovely. We were not there as tourists but to sort out a personal storage unit after losing our sailing boat in the pandemic. Al and Murray provided a home from home for us during this difficult week. The spa is fabulous and extremely relaxing. The pool is spotless. The room is comfy, spacious and airy and the bathroom / shower huge, pristine and well-appointed. We could use the kitchen as needed and the breakfast was excellent. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. Thank you and we hope to see you in Europe one day.

Beautiful place to stay! I was taking the Pouto boat the next day, the location is perfect. Very comfy bed, nice shower, great breakfast (Chris accommodated my early breakfast request), cute puppies! Roxanne was responsive to my messages and Chris was always helpful during my stay. Thank you both!
