Only a block off rail line so yea, you hear the electric trains. Earplugs at night muffled enough for sound sleep. I loved how easy it was to catch train into the city and the entire neighborhood. Many options in immediate area and going down to the Sea of Marmaray. Didn’t have reason to interact with Alper other than check-in and out but really appreciate that he allowed me early check-in once apartment was ready.

We had a wonderful time at alex place. The apartment is just like in the pictures, very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is really cool and perfect to explore the rest of the City. We would certainly recommend and are happy to come back anytime!

What an absolute gem of an apartment. Located near the ferry’s and an easy stroll to the Moda park along the water. It had everything we needed, spacious clean and comfortable. Best of all was Mehmet’s communication and ease of finding our way in and around. Could not have asked for anything else in an apartment. Five star host
