Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kadıköy

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Gizem was extremely friendly to us throughout the stay, check-in and check-out. The apartment is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated. It has everything you need for a long stay, including pleasant little things. The street is quiet, no noisy restaurants or rushing cars. You can hear the neighbors, but they were quiet and did not bother us. The Moda area is very colorful and beautiful, good for walking, especially the embankments. Conveniently accessible by sea ferry. We missed a microwave a little. Also bear in mind that you will need to climb the stairs to the third floor, which was fine for us. Overall, everything was amazing, this place can definitely be recommended for a stay in the beautiful Moda area.

The apartment was perfect– spacious, clean, and well-located. We were pleasantly surprised by the Rasimpaşa neighborhood. It has a local feel, with tons of good coffee shops, restaurants, and vintage stores. It's a short walk to the ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Istanbul. It's also near the heart of Moda-Kadıköy which has, without a doubt, the best restaurants in the city. Highly recommend! Hakan was also a great host. We had to alter our reservation last minute and he was really understanding. I'd love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

Nous recommandons le logement avec son environnement très appréciable. Un quartier très vivant avec à proximité tous les services nécessaires.

The place was wonderful! The location is great and close to everything, walking distance to the seaside, grocery shops, old bazar and shops. Always alive as if there is no night time in the area (therefore a bit noisy but not that bad that you can't sleep). The place is spotlessly clean, the kitchen and amenities is as if nobody have used them. The bathroom is spotlessly clean. The beds were all clean with extra liners to be replaced. Tissues, cleaning things and whatever you need was all in place. The host was super responsive and answered the questions immediately. we needed bigger plates and a weight that she brought immediately. We will recommend the place to the friends and there is no doubt that we will come back.

Deniz is a great host, very responsive to any query. The apartment is ideally located, with the ferry terminal walking distance, and centrally located in Kadikoy. Enjoyed our stay at Deniz apartment and would not hesitate to book again when we come back to amazing Istanbul.

Квартира после свежего косметического ремонта, подходит для двоих человек максимум. Хочу отметить новое, чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Кровать удобная с новым матрасом. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления и употребления пищи. На телевизоре есть Smart TV с YouTube и другими программами. Расположение квартиры в целом отличное, рядом много ресторанов, баров, но сама улица тихая. До порта Кадыкей и метро 5 минут пешком. До базара Кадыкей 10 минут пешком. Хозяин квартиры Угур был очень отзывчив.

Very friendly communication. Always a fast response time, when there was an issue. Apartment in in the Center of Kadikoy which I love and yet it was very quiet withe the windows going to the backyard. Would come again

This apartment was absolutely perfect! It’s spotless, modern, and cozy, with a very comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen—everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and provided great local tips and assistance, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying here again!

L'appartamento è semplicemente perfetto, c'è tutto ciò che è descritto, tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole è presente nella casa, c'erano perfino il detersivo per il bucato e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. A very nice stay in a spacious, newly renovated and clean apartment, right near the boğa heykeli, the heart of Kadiköys streets, Yeldeğirmeni and Moda seaside. A very friendly, responsive and helpful host. Don't wait on this one!

I searched a place for my recovery after a surgery. The apt had everything I needed for a comfortable cozy stay and the host was very friendly, always responsive for everything I needed. The street is next to a pedestrian zone. Restaurants and shops are only a few meters away. Since it’s a side street, it was sometimes a little noisy on weekends, but mostly quiet. I’m completely satisfied and would recommend this place to everyone.

Ottimo soggiorno in un quartiere tranquillo a Kadikoy. Casa pulita e calda. La cucina aveva tutto il necessario. Acqua calda con pressione. Posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi, tanti posti nei dintorni per mangiare e bere. Il host è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste e oltre questo ci ha permesso anche di fare il check In anticipato. Grazie! Piccole cose da migliorare: La posizione del letto solo da un lato è un problema quando vuoi spostarti. Il frigorifero fa troppo rumore ogni tanto. La posizione della lavatrice vicino alla WC non è comoda, soprattutto per persone grandi e alte.

Melihs was very good and quick at communicating. The flat is spacious and cozy. It is cetrally located within walking distance of many good cafes and restaurants as well as the ferry to western side. Wonderful to stoll along the Sea of Marmora and to stop for a late picnic on the grass and watch the sun go down . Outdoor workout area nearby. What is not to like

10/10 Must stay location with a couple of notes to help non-Turkish guests to be better prepared. Mustafa is very quick to respond and good at accommodating any issues or problems you may have as an international traveler, if you're a local - you don't need to read further book right away! Bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, the groceries in the area have very limited products. Purchase water on day 1, buy lots of it - I didn't try the tap water (so this may be irrelevant). Be prepared to keep the keys on you at all times, the door uses keys from both sides (common in Istanbul everywhere you go) but this surprised me because you have to be prepared to leave whoever is staying home with the keys but take the fob with you. Mustafa provided me with a solution right away but still important to note. With all that being said, I had no issues speaking English and communicating with Mustafa, his Airbnb is an excellent place to say and really safe. 10/10

wonderful location, right in the heart of moda. this is one of those rare gems on airbnb where the apartment is clearly something an actual person could live, and not just a building flipped for profit. you'll feel right at home in istanbul :) gökce was very friendly and communicative, and quite flexible and understanding. it felt just like i was staying over at a friends' place who was out of town.
